Some of the staff were decent, but others acted like helping guests was a burden. Several times I was completely ignored while they scrolled on their phones. The worst moment was when I walked into the lobby with an armful of towels due to no room service and, without saying a word, was snapped at with, “You have to get those from housekeeping in the morning.” No greeting, no offer to help—just pure attitude. The level of rudeness and laziness was unacceptable
