Quiet. Roomy. Literally next to a store. Easy access from the road.

Quick efficient check in, clean spacious room, great value

Motel is right across the street from the ocean!

A bit noisy on the busy street, but great view. The TV channels were difficult to figure out. Big beds, great stay.

It said online pet friendly we got there and they almost denied us our room that was already paid for because we had a cat then specify that they’re only dog friendly. Their breakfast was second right and the yogurt was warm.

Very clean and comfortable room. Friendly staff. A few options for breakfast. If you tend to get cold, bring an extra blanket. Coverlets provided are very lightweight.

Wonderful owners....the lady was very nice and understanding (I waited too long to conplete this review and forgot her name) I appreciated the cleanliness and their understanding of my early morning arrival.

Great hotel for price. Just a lite outside of downtown.

The room was 'threadbare.' Paint was old, bedspread very old. White towels had old stains (maybe should launder with more bleach?). Nevertheless, everything worked, and for the money (about $100) it's not too bad. It was noisy at street level because doors open to the parking lot.

Was assigned a room that had not been cleaned. All the towels in the bathroom were on the floor with dirt and grass all over them and floor.

There were residents that the state was paying for and one lady was loud and cussing...a man 2 doors down was wanting to fight and people above us were like walking day and night...

There was mold in the bathroom area. The roof was falling in above the shower. The room reaked like cigarettes.

Renovated property. Accessability to PCH is excellent.

Breakfast did not offer any protein, coffee was very weak, only 3 chairs in the breakfast room for several guests. The room size was really nice but not prepared for 3 guests and had to request for more towels and such. The lady at the front desk was not accommodating to requests from guests.

Great place to stay. Room was very clean and nice.

We had to fix the bath tub faucet.

It was very clean, staff was respectful and easy to deal with.

Decent option for the price. Some of the room face the street which can get street noise. Not a lot of options to eat around, minimal breakfast provided in the morning.
