There was a wierd smell to the hotel. The floor in my room had some kind of residue.

There was a 11pm curfew for children… which is much too late. Now if the children were quiet maybe… but they were very loud. A/c worked great. After being outside in 90 degree heat all day it worked well cooling us down. Recommend bringing your own towels. It was affordable, and decent for the price I paid. I just wish they would keep the noose out of the hallway much sooner than 11pm.

Upon arrival, there were many people wandering around the parking lot aimlessly. We were to pay at check in, after waiting 20 minutes with an "Out to Lunch" sign in the lobby/check in we were informed we'd already been charged. Down dingy and I'll repaired hallway we ascended even a more deplorable stairway. Children's clothes strung about the hall and toys and scooters. After t attempts to access the room, it was empty, aside from a Bud Light mini fridge, a cigarette burn ladened "comforter" and no furniture. Room was exceedingly warm as we discovered the window was open, hence the insatiable amount of insects in the room. We went to dinner, came back for our travel bag and simply left and drove the 2 hours home as apposed to date stay in a complete...dump.

2 words: Cockroaches and mold.

The clerk was very helpful. The property needs some major TLC. It seemed there were an extreme amount of people that had taken up residence in the hotel. Although these people were not rude, they were hanging out near the front door, leaving me with a feeling of being an intruder.

I reserved a deluxe king, was given two queens. Holes in walls, DISGUSTING TUB that COULD NOT BE CLEANED!!! Cut my arm on their taped up front door. The staff, Logan and Cornelius, were the only good thing about this hotel, they TRIED to clean the tub with a chemical and scraped with fingernails, but nothing changed. I have cleaned homes, businesses, and hotels and this room shouldn’t be rented to an animal, much less to a human. Felt very uncomfortable leaving my car unattended in the parking lot with the people that were just hanging around. It took multiple calls from hotels.com and myself to finally get refunded since I was only there about 3 hours. Pool is completely inaccessible due to no water in it and machinery in the pool area. Lobby smelled strongly of fish and it wasn’t the aquariums…

Property was in terrible condition. Walking into the front entrance a terrible smell hits you in the face. In addition the lobby and rooms are nothing like the pictures. The hallway floor had stains and the rooms were outdated. Very poor shape.

Super dirty. Mounds of trash outside the trash can next to entrance. Broken bathtub faucet handle and towel rack, hot - cold water fluctuations, permanently stained white towels and wash cloths, no mini shampoo, small TV with only 12 channels. The entire facility looks like it hasn't been cleaned in 20 years. Needs to be condemned. The photo views on this site are a "scam" representation. I should call VISA and dispute the charges of $100 per night.

Scary. Only stayed one night, noises in hall all night, nonsmoking room smelled like smoke, window was open. Took 4 hours to check in. I will never go back there. Left after first night, tried contacting hotels.com about refund for 2nd night, no response yet. People, especially women, need warned about that place

This has to be TOP 3 of the worst hotels ive ever stayed at. Roaches climing the doors ans walls, no smoke alarms, latex gloves hanging out of smoke alarms, dirty bedding. The whole hotel wreeks of moth balls. You can't get the smell out of your clothes. I'm here on business and our clothes wreek of the hotel smell. Dogs barking in the room next door. Bed was made out of ply wood and broken. You'd be better off sleeping in your car.

The ladies were nice at the check in counter. The overall hotel was on the dirty side.

If you don’t mind the minimum comfort in a hotel room, this is your place. It’s very affordable but you are not going to get much for that money. Make sure you drive a 4X4 since you are going to have to navigate through the good-sized potholes in the parking lot. For the money you pay don’t expect cable TV neither. Ah!, and bring your own pillow. The ones they have seem small and whatever they are filled with, they are not too comfortable.

We arrived at midnight only to be told our reservations for 3 nights that were made several months ago was cancelled and that our third party reservations company (hotels.com) should have notified us. I ended up sleeping in the car since there were no hotels available within 100 miles. This was the night before the 2024 eclipse. I'm glad they cancelled us because it looked like a dump.

The lobby was cluttered, dingy and not welcoming. We didn't get past the lobby because they lost our reservation which I had made months before. Supposedly they lost reservations when they changed their computer system, which seems like negligence. They did nothing to remedy the situation. They claimed they had informed Expedia and that Expedia should have informed us. That did not happen.

My toilet looked like it had been clogged very recently as it was extremely dirty inside the bowl. The rest of the room was ok. When I needed to the toilet to flush, it barely did. I told the front desk and they gave me a plunger. No maintenance on site in evening. They never did try to fix it while I was there. A large number of people live here long term due to high rent,etc. They cannot smoke in rooms, so there are always people hanging out in the parking lot.

Was laying in bed and a bug crawled on me. Got up to turn on the lights there were two in bed. We left immediately in the middle of the night

I booked with a pay at the hotel booking and they charged my card a day before I was to arrive. I was planning on paying a different way at the hotel. They also didn’t have someone on duty at the front desk all the time. The room key card didn’t work all the time either
