Rooms are clean, but dated. The shower head was mounted about 4 feet off the tub bottom.

It was comfortable and suited the needs for a place to sleep. Many people have negative things to say but if you are expecting an elevator and a five star breakfast you need to pay more and stay elsewhere. Breakfast had biscuits and gravy, bread (even whole wheat!), waffles, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, cereal, donuts, fruit. Thank you to the staff who were all friendly and willing to help.

Affordable stay for the weekend. Property could use updating, but overall beds were comfortable and clean. Staff was incredibly friendly.

Was one of the cheaper hotels in Kokomo. Rooms were clean but nothing special. Solid place for a budget stop in the area.

Great place to overnight. The rooms are clearly being updated and freshly painted. Every time I stay they are nicer than before. Beds and pillows comfortable. And perfect for getting dinner quickly. There are several good restaurants within walking distance.

Had an issue checking out in the end on Sunday and our front desk clerk was very kind and accommodating…. And this was very much appreciated!!!! Thank you again!! My boys were bummed the poll was closed .

Dirty grounds, dirty property. Coffee stains on bathroom wall. Urine stains at base of toilet. Hall carpet very dirty and needs replaced. Hotel feels old, dirty and not updated. Gold color walls in room = Indian owners who do not understand current decor trends. Next visit to Kokomo we will stay in new hotel.

Room was clean and comfortable. Lots of options for food close by, including a Texas Roadhouse across the parking lot.

Staff very friendly helpful Close to food and shopping. Breakfast hot and very good

We were given a room near the rear entrance to the hotel. Easy peasy taking the pups out (and schlepping our stuff). Large grassy area. Pavilion with picnic tables. Chairs to sit outside. And, poop bags for pups. Beyond was an open grassy field where, if your dog obeys voice commands, could run free.

Sheets were clean. Bed was comfortable. Room had a funky smell. Room doors are outdated. Pool looked murky.

Always a 10/10

We had a nice room. Bed was comfortable. Staff was pleasant.

The staff was very exceptional, so kind and hospitable. The beds were extremely comfortable.
