Upon check in, it seemed as though we were a bother to the lady at the front desk. She didn't have a name tag and looked sloppy. The hotel itself is higly outdated and very rundown. The pool area was dirty and the chlorine was so bad it made our skin burn. The ac made strange noises. Our room, although outdated was decently cleaned by staff. The next morning I noticed 2 unauthorized charges on the credit card, Issac at the front desk was quick to fix that error, and was very friendly. Breakfast was below average.

It was a good experience. Only thing that was not good was the people in the room next to us was very loud and people were in and out and slamming the door. We had a early flight and were not able to get sleep.

Heater in our room was noisy. Everything else was very good. Comfortable bed. Very clean. Nice continental breakfast.

The first room had no shower head. We then had to change rooms after I had unpacked all our stuff at midnight. New room was not as nice. The second day we returned and our room wasn’t latched. My daughter and I were traveling together and she was afraid to enter the room. We told the front desk the housekeeping didn’t latch the door and they didn’t seem to think it was a big deal. Limited breakfast and not great service. It was a required hotel for our sports tournament and we had to book through special sports app and paid way more. I feel ripped off and will not be returning to this place. Which is sad because we’ve stayed at other locations and service was much better.

The property was pretty clean except around the pool area. The pool lights were not working and could not swim at night. The coffee was cold every time we tried to get a cup. The breakfast was very limited with very little options. There are no restaurants around the hotel unless you want to go inside another hotel. I didn't like that they charged you and extra $100 they would take 5 days to get credited back to your account after you checked out. I usually like La Quinta Hotel but not sure will stay with them again.

I was told the shuttle would not come to get me as they didn't run it during teh middle of the day. Last i checked there were planes going in and out of SLC from early in the morning to late in the evening so shouldn't there be a shuttle available at all times ? Very disappointing and I will never stay there again.

We had problems with people screaming n bouncing the ball on the walls and running back and forth in the hall

La señorita de recepción que nos hizo el check in fue muy empatica, amable y educada. El problema es que en la habitación de a lado había más personas de las permitidas e hicieron una fiesta. Hicieron mucho ruido hasta las 4 de la mañana y trataron de abrir la puerta contigua dos veces. Y no pude comunicarme a recepción porque el teléfono no tenía línea.

Will not stay with them again. I called before I got on our last flight and confirmed my family and I would need a shuttle pick up at their last time of the night, 11:30. The lady informed me to call when we landed and the shuttle driver will head over to the airport. Good location

This place is made of nightmares, seriously, Pros: none, we didn't stay the night we paid for. Cons: Luggage cart with flat tires, checkin person without basic language comprehension, the room we initially was given had worn out Madrases and a stale stench, we went back to the front desk and asked for another, well that was dirty and had a moldy stench, again we went down to the front dest and asked for another room, at this point called the manager "Justiin" after he berated us because " he was trying to sleep" I told him to cancel the room and he called me " a piece of s...", so we left and found a room somewhere else.

Manager was awesome

Nice coffee machine.

It was a fast stay just to catch an airplane. Got there to sleep, but the heater was noisy all night long. It worked for the night, but will stay somewhere else next time. Staff was very nice.
