All in one convenience

It's convenient to get to the main highway & there is many options to dine. There is in house dining & an option for Starbucks as well. As for the room, definitely could use some attention. The bathroom floor, walkway infront of door and near beds, they're was debris everywhere.

Great place to stay, quiet and clean with a nice bar and staff too.

The room was very clean and comfortable. But the corner of the bed frame stick out about 6" and I must have hit my shin at least five times on it! Bathroom had a sliding door without a lock on it.

It nicely met the needs for a night stay.

I needed a quiet evening after my Uncle’s home going and this hotel gave me the perfect respite. The staff were friendly, the room was clean and so spacious. I ordered room service for breakfast and it came swiftly and was delicious! This was the perfect setting for the peace I needed.

I expected a lot more out of this property. Staff was ok nothing out of the ordinary. Rooms felt a little run down. Noticeable around the bathroom area especially. Breakfast you had to pay for and it was absolutely horrible. I had an omlet and don't get me wrong the portion was large but the presentation and the way it was made was sloppy. 4-5 slices of cheese just put to together in one huge lump of cheese on one side of the omlet and nothing on the other side.

Wonderful property and the staff especially Angie. The problem was the cleanliness of the hallway and especially the shower in our room. It was pretty nasty. The glass doors were filthy and the chrome all spotted. Not impressed with the lack of housekeeping

This facility is located just off the interstate with tremendous noise throughout the night. Check-out is at 10 am but vacuuming the hallway began at 8 am just outside my door. I tried to purchase a snack from the onsite store, but the credit card machine was not working. I wanted to pay for it at the counter not by my room. To my surprise the next morning my $6.36 candy showed up in my email receipt. HOWEVER, my credit card was charged $6.36, $64.63 AND $50.00 for incidentals! When I called (four times), I was informed that the charges would fall off in several days. Be patient. When I tried to return the call about the $50.00 hold, on top of a random $64.37, it was explained it was also an initial deposit for restaurant incidentals, and the only thing I was to pay for was $6.36. Now it is a wait and see if charges are amended or another call-wait-see situation. I was going to stay at this location on Friday with a reservation but after this, I changed my mind. The hotel has gone through good renovations however the trim around the Heat/AC for the room is all on the floor in pieces.

Very great staff, nice clean hotel.

Very clean and new.. located near highway so very convenient. Very nice hotel it was very clean. But...... Very loud.. Not from the outside but inside. When your neighbor lets the door slam its loud and the building shakes. Could hear neighbors through the walls. Cleaning staff knocked on door at 10am when checkout is noon. Felt rushed to leave.
