This is by far, the worst hotel we've stayed at in Europe. This hotel needs a complete upgrade, starting from the rooms. The rooms need to eliminate all carpeting, as it attracts so much dirt and allergens. Having them, forces the cleaning staff to clean with such harsh chemicals and foul-smelling cleaners or deodorants. As soon as we entered the room, all of us kept sneezing due to the strong odor of the cleaning solution. Even with opening all windows, the smell didn't go away. They were seeped into the carpeting. The bathroom is very old with moldy tiles and showers. The plumbing fixtures & the hair dryer look like they were there since the 70's. The amenities were non-existent...no gym, no bar, no spa, only the sad view of the dilapidated & dirty buildings outside. For the amount of money you pay, it is definitely not worth the stay.

Very quaint boutique hotel!!

The room was very clean and the bathroom was quite large. Its location was perfect, near the train station, but a few blocks away so it was very relaxing.

Let us leave our luggage there for free after checkout

Everything was fine. Nothing of note. Would have liked to have breakfast included. Property managers were helpful and accommodating

部屋は清潔です。冷蔵庫やポットはありませんでした。駅周りは落書きやゴミが多く治安が悪く感じられますので、気になる方は別のエリアをお勧めします。

Excelente ubicación, atención, servicio y comodidad.

This was located a very comfortable short walk to the train station, sites, restaurants. The streets were well light at night and seemed quite safe. The common areas and rooms were in excellent condition and very clean. The beds comfortable. They had a nice breakfast for purchase but we ate out on the town.

Accueil avec bouteille d’eau très bien pour le 1er jour. J’aurai apprécié qu’il y en est les deux autres jours. Manquaient les mouchoirs en papier.

God lokation, morgenmad ikke så godt. Kold kaffe og få valgmuligheder for sundere valg end hvidt toastbrød. Værelser og rengøring helt fint.

Destacó mucho la zona. Está muy bien ubicada con acceso a todo cerca. Es una zona segura porque hay mucha presencia militar y policial, ya que los ambientes de las estaciones centrales suelen un tanto "intimidantes" de noche. Viajen tranquilos. El hotel es muy lindo, moderno y limpio. Quizá un poco distante y fría la atención del personal para el que busca más interacción por parte de los lugareños en una zona nueva y desconocida para los turista. Sobre todo habiendo tanto en común y admiración ítalo -argentina. La habitación era muy amplia , cómoda, limpia y destacó la comodidad de las camas. El baño muy amplio y la ducha era excelente!!. Quizá el sanitario un poco alto sobre todo para un niño ya que viajamos con uno. Calculo que estaba pensado para personas con capacidades especiales diferentes. Volveríamos sin dudarlo, quizá con mayor hospitalidad napolitana maradoniana ya que nos costó encontrarla en algunos lugares. El check out era a las 12 y a las 11 no podíamos entar a la habitación, tuvieron que habilitarlo porque teníamos el equipaje dentro. Bellísimo hotel. Volveríamos!!

Good location and very friendly staff.

The staff was wonderful! The room was clean and quiet. There is no parking - on street or near. There is a garage that they use, €30 a day. You must have cash.
