By far the worst hotel experience in my 44 years on earth. Disgustingly dirty room. Stained sheets and towels, mold in the shower and a clogged drain. The police were there 3 times in the 7 hours i was on the property and i was woken up by an air raid level loud alarm at 2, 4, and 5am which i was told by the vulgar nasty woman at the office was the smoke alarm in other guesrs rooms and nothing could or would be done about it. I left early and was refused a refund or receipt and was told to leaveby the nasty manager extremely profanely. Never, ever, ever go here.

It was beyond horrible. The first room they gave me had bed bugs and the room was reeking of smoke. I requested another room and then that room also smelled like smoke and had a hand print of someone punching the bathroom door. I also found “bloodstains” also from the bed begs in the new room. I told the staff and at first they didn’t believe me and I showed them a picture. Even when I showed a video again, I asked for a refund. Apparently its a policy or whatever for one day at least paid and then the other is eligible for a refund. So I got my refund but I hated that service entirely and I will never go back again.

Not exactly what I was expecting. Had different pictures of the room I thought I was booking. It was overall disappointing.

Need better Tv stations

It was OK. It could’ve been better when I didn’t like was when we woke up trying to get ready. The man just came in. They need to have more people that speak English as well.

Most disgusting dirtiest place I’ve ever been to. Did not stay after seeing the condition of the room, the receptionist was terrible, did not care to hear and immediately the first thing that came out of his mouth was NO REIMBURSEMENT do as you please.

The room was moldy and had freaking rats. We had to move our room, but not that much better. I will never stay here again, and hotels.com should refund my money for selling this awful room.

I will not ever stay here again I was in room 163 and woke up to mice eating a bag on chips in my girlfriends purse!!!!!! Room was dirty hair all over the sheets

Really enjoyable stay!

The property was nice. Bit surprised by the checking staff eating oranges and without washing hands asking for my ID. If they eat food shouldn’t you have a policy to wash hands before attending customer?
