Amazing location, kind staff…but boy do they need to soundproof this place. Noise from outside was nothing compared to the people above us stomping and scraping the floor until after 4sm both nights of our stay. We got no sleep.

Todo excelente, el Desayuno, la ubicación, el Cuarto, todo muy muy blen. Menos un recepcionista joven que nos tocó el día de la salida que nos dio malas indicaciones y de mala gana para la Estación del tren. Casi lo perdemos. Muy distinto al trato del señor del check in un señor más adulto de un trato excelente.

Room was smaller than advertised (and I am very used to staying in tiny rooms, this is not a huge issue for me but might be for you). The room was dirty upon arrival (lots of dust and even a few hairballs on the floor, stained pillow case). The AC worked perfectly and kept the room quite cool. The bathroom had a nice shower. The location is extremely favorable.

Sentral beliggenhet, god seng, bra størrelse på rommet, 2 gode lenestoler, daglig renhold av rommet, god frokost (men minimalistisk som ellers i Baskerland). Som negativt må nevnes at det ble svært kjølig på rommet og ikke minst på badet, dette pga. kjølig vær ute med temperaturer mellom 11-14 grader og ingen oppvarmingskilder på rommet. Dog fikk vi etter forespørsel fra oss den siste kvelden låne en flyttbar elektrisk ovn.

Clean room, friendly staff, great location

Very clean and located right in the heart of San Sebastián. Loved our stay. The staff was super helpful and all around delightful. Definitely one of my more convenient stays in all of Spain.

Super Location

Frukosten var okej, inte en enda grönsak vilket var tråkigt. Personalen var okej, trevliga men kunde inte riktigt hjälpa till med det vi efterfrågade. Själva hotellet var tyvärr inte lika fräscht som bilderna visade. Hade behövt en renovering. Var ganska ”kantstött”

I should’ve done more investigation on this property before booking. It’s more of hostel than a hotel. And that was not my preference. The area isn’t ideal for exploring either. We entered our room and the shower appeared dirty and the view of a run down courtyard was not meeting expectations. I knew I could not stay there. The front desk attendant was fabulous. Although I had to forfeit one night’s stay I was able to get a refund for my second night. Unless a hostel is your thing, I recommend spending the extra $50-$100 per night at another hotel.

Veldig bra plassering, sentralt, samtidig i en rolig gata. 10 min gåtur til gamlebyen.
