Very slippery in pool area. Very akword layout with the hot tub. Elevator closes super fast

Main drawback of this property is that there is nothing in the surrounding area...not much in the way of restaurants, nowhere for a walk. It was somewhat close to the venue for the wedding we were attending, that's why our host suggested it, but not a good place for an extended stay.

It was fine. Clean enough. Pool was warm which was good. Hottub doesn't bubble anymore but was still hot. Small fridge. Couldn't find the hair dryer but they said it was in the closet apparently. Elevator message said it needed servicing as we were on it so was a little nervous but it didn't break down lol Overall the stay was good.

The hotel itself is very clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The service at the restaurant was slow sometimes due to how busy it could get but the food was good and the servers were nice.

It was close to Wonderland and few restaurants as well. Not bad for short term stays.

Enjoyed our stay. Went to a Jays game and was able to walk to the subway and 15min from wonderland. Great location.

We loved the hotel and the location was perfect for us to travel around Toronto. Only thing is I wish the hot tub would’ve had working jets.

Big ball of black hair in my bed. Asked me if I wanted room serviced during 2 day stay and no servicing done. Had to call down several times for everything to be brought up. Cleaning ladies were very pleasant though.

Close to what I need perfect!

It's a lovely hotel. We only stayed one night but lots of space in the room. One suggestion for the hotel is to mount the TV to the wall in the middle of the rooms where there are 2 beds plus a sofa - they're poorly placed. Otherwise, the stay was great.

Clean spacious room that was quiet and in a good location for our visit to Roger’s Stadium. Appreciated the ability to check in a little early too. Highly recommend this hotel.
