Staff was very friendly and helpful. Our family will be back.

The associate at the front desk was kind and helpful. After checking in we checked under the mattresses for cleanliness and found a crack pipe under one of the beds.

Time after time I have booked here and haven’t received the room that I reserved the accessible bathrooms are HORRIBLE

The staff was nice, the room was clean, the hotel power went out for a few hours over night, woke up sweaty. The staff did not mention the outage

First room was not clean. Natasha was great and fixed it right away. The girl in the morning was not wearing a name tag and never looked up from her phone for anything. Terrible service.

The hotel was not clean, and the surrounding area felt unsafe. While the breakfast was good, these positives were overshadowed by the overall experience. I would not stay here again.

Good personnel, room was not clean

The room was clean, spacious and close to downtown shops. The breakfast was great, lots of options. Would definitely stay here with my family again.

The property was in close proximity to almost everything, but the property could definitely use updates, the tub was horrendous. It was rusted and clearly needed to be replaced. That is not a good look.

I intentionally chose this hotel for it’s location, because it is close to the mall, and I had to do some shopping before heading back to my small town. The area isn’t great. There are lots of homeless people mulling around and there’s a nearby halfway house. Fortunately the hotel is tucked away a little. The hotel is clean, modern and comfortable. Free breakfast is ok for a hotel breakfast. The price is reasonable. The staff is friendly.

This hotel is definitely run down. The elevator didnt work half the time. Our room was dirty didnt even look like it had been clean. At night whoever was above us it sounded the ceiling was gonna fall through. The breakfast was awful. They had so much bleach in the pool it bleached my childrens bathing suit. For the price of this hotel i expected a little bit more out of this hotel. I guess the only good thing about this hotel it allowed dogs.

We enjoyed our stay, friendly helpful staff. Nice hotel overall.

Property may have been ok but there was a hurricane that came through was in the dark and no water for days. They have uave no plan for emergencys

Quite in town for a wedding. Sharon the day shift front staff made our arrival special. Very nice and informative of the area.

Great place to stay - good price, friendly staff and very quiet. I would definitely stay there again.

Elevator was out. Desk clerk at check in was not knowledgeable about area or how to read the paper map at the counter.
