It was good

The property wasn't very clean.

What i didnt like is that we were 45 minutes early for checkin and wanted to charge 20 dollars early check in fee I've stayed at multiple hotels and never was charge for checking in early.

Cancelled twice and was still charged.

It was a place to lay our head for a night. This place would not be my first choice in stays. Pool was like ice water, there was a clump of hair on the shower drain, and room had an odd odor.

Ants in the bathroom and main area. The room looks nothing like the website pictures. Very old and dirty. Bedskirt and gold ribbon thing had nasty stains everywhere. Walls had drip stains and holes. Shower had long hairs stuck on the wall. Floor tile grout was black and moldy. Bed very uncomfortable. I barely slept with it being so uncomfortable and dirty. We should have left but there were no other options.

Miss Rita and Mr Diyone (spell) were great, always paying attention, very helpful, knowledgeable, and kind.

BUGS! So many ants. All over our floors. Everything was outdated and stained, from the towels to the bedsheets and pillow covers. The pool area was freezing and thick chunks of ice were building on the INSIDE of the windows. The door into the hotel didn't shut or lock properly. The showerhead had 2 streams of water coming out of it. We had 2 rooms and both were similar in issues. The staff was pleasant, though.

we were harassed by a worker at 10pm for allegedly taking towels from the pool area. the pool heater was broken. at checkout we were charged an addl’ 200 $ for a marijuana smell but neither my husband or I smoke.

Nice place for the price.

Unfortunately the pool and hot tub were shut down. One of the reasons we booked this hotel. Also the side entrance closest to our room the door was broken and doesn’t lock so anyone can just walk in and be in the stairwell seems a bit unsafe. Staff was friendly and helpful when checking in and when one of our room keys stopped working. Was clean for the most part but had a bit of an ant issue. That wasn’t an issue when we stayed a few months back. Overall it is not the worst place I’ve ever stayed. Just some of our experience to help the next guest.

My work schedule changed and had to leave 4days earlier and didnt refund the money i paid 800 to stay in a 2 star hotel for 5 days

For the price it wasn’t all bad , the pool was not open. Keeping the room comfortable was a problem, it was either too cold or too warm, Breakfast was good.

Needs major revocations and breakfast didn’t have a sausages.. just eggs and hash brown which isn’t satisfied for other travelers. Management tried their best to improve however he was upset at us and resolved of this matter.

Well first off Expedia charged me 94$ and travel lodge charged me 88$ I only stayed 1 night, people where nice but one room Tv didn’t work then changed me to another room , dead flys everywhere hair in the bath tube , people in next room played video games until 4:30 very loud I wouldn’t stay here for free and I got charged twice

The young man that checked us in was very nice and informative...however the pool was open but the pool room lights didnt work ,so they had a set of work lights to plug in by the pool area for light..the tv only had a streaming service with no guide to really know what was offered ..endless scrolling..gave up..the breakfast was nice as any complimentary breakfast anywhere else

Beat up and nasty hotel, don't stay here.
