+ Freundlicher Service, saubere Zimmer, großartiger Pool, gutes Frühstück, sehr zentral gelegen. - Die zusätzlichen Einzelbetten im Familienzimmer waren sehr unbequem. Durchfelegene Matratze mit Metallfedern.

Hotellet har ett bra läge och ligger centralt. Modern inredning och fungerande AC. Städningen var dock inte så bra, mycket damm på lampor och på väggen bakom sängarna och badrummet städades inte så bra. Vi behövde be om ny toalettpapper och schampo osv för att de inte fyllde på själva. Jag lämnade kläder på tvätt och fick tillbaka dem otvättade utan att de berättar om det vilket var jättedåligt. Frukosten har ett okej/ bra utbud men inte lyxigt. Har inte använt poolen eller span.

The rooms are clean and comfort with good size. Breakfast is also good enough, not superb. Location is amazing. Staff are helpfull but lacks proper english skills. Overall we had a wonderful stay

Little bit tired rooms and bathroom , location is good but because of central location live music continues until mid night if you have kids and if your room is first floors that live music is too loud.

The hotel itself is beautiful and staf are excellent. But the buffet breakfast is excellent.

Music from around the pool will bleed into the room. If you are a same sex couple and you rented a room with only one bed, you will be questioned.

Large beautiful Suite w/ a great view. Balcony. Clean, great bed. Good breakfast, excellent outdoor pool. Walkable to the touristy area, Marina. Right beside the Turkish shopping corridor as well. Very friendly and accommodating Staff…Very enjoyable stay in a great location.

The location of the hotel is great as it is close to the Grand Bazaar and Kaleici. However there is a mosque right next door so expect to to woken up very early every morning. This hotel quite tired looking and is going through very significant renovation which I was not informed about when I booked it. The renovation work was quite disruptive although it was during the day as the workmen were using the main stairs and lifts to move building materials around. Also, the gym was closed for half of my stay and that was the main reason I chose this hotel. The breakfast was good and the staff were pleasant.

I truly appreciate the attitude by the hotel manager who was kind enough to choose the right room for me during the check-in. The young people at the reception desk are outstanding — well trained, attentive, responsive to any need or request. I had some insignificant problems with electric lights in my room. The service was IMMEDIATE. The restaurant during breakfast offers a great variety of meals. People like Dene and Kibar there make you feel at home. PS. (The toilet seat in Room 809 definitely needs to be replaced).

Personnel de la piscine peu souriant/peu empressé Piscine agréable Par contre, on n'a pas trop compris: l'hôtel est énorme et il n'y avait pas l'air d'avoir tant de clients que ça à ce moment-là de l'année et pourtant on nous a mis dans une chambre qui donnait directement sur la grande place (avec de la musique jusqu'à + de minuit le dimanche soir). Le wifi n'a jamais fonctionné
