Room was nice , the bed sheets did have a burnt spot on them ,the sink had a crack, the “breakfast” its literally 2 chocolate chip muffins for each person, no breakfast at all only juice and coffee , pool was closed down on the 4th of July week? Like okay. Apparently is been closed down for months according to other reviews Which kinda sucks but w.e , the parking is a little pricey , they charge 15 bucks a night also charge you for parking till your check out date which makes no sense because checkout is at 11am and you pay “for each night” , right across theres a parking lot that charges $10

When it comes to the essentials, this room had what I needed and I was happy that I took the chance. With that said, as this was a holiday trip, I kinda wished I'd paid a little more to stay somewhere nicer. So here's my experience. Bad news first: Broken alarm clock. Broken electrical outlet attached to lamp. Real slippery electrical sockets where the plug keeps popping out. At least one socket just hanging out the wall. The shower curtain was especially dirty and the tub itself had a strange stain that made me reticent to take a bath (only showered). The bathroom also didn't smell particularly clean. The pool was closed. The elevator was broken and I wonder if they will ever intend to fix it (it was a pain having to carry my bike upstairs). There was an old monitor brace in the wall, they sloppily painted over. Wobbly leg on table. Toilet paper dispenser fell apart easily. Lastly (and probably my biggest issue), there were alot of shady folks hanging in and around the place. They did their best to shoo away loiterers, but the place overall felt sketchy. Overall, I just got the feeling that there was a lack of care regarding the little things that can make a big difference in a rooming experience. With that said, several things I liked. The pillows & sheets were very clean. The Air Conditioner was awesome (worked really well). Fridge worked well. Communal microwave was helpful. And I liked the overall style of the room. So basically, the room "got the job done".

El elevador no estaba trabajando, estaba en reparacion, hay piscina pero sin agua, el desayuno eran unos muffins y cafe , el estacionamiento te cobran por separado , no tiene wifi , etc etc

Tv didn't work and the futon was broken

Nice staff

First, the bed had salt on the sheets. Breakfast is terrible, a cake every day and a coffee that seems like it was made with more water than flour. It's hard to pay that much money to recognize a place like this. Go to the office and they never come to change your bedspreads because they have sand. The pool is closed and on top of that, the person asks me for a tip. What a bad place, I didn't like it at all.

Our stay was good. Clean room, friendly service and priced right.

It’s was ok I just didn’t like that the elevator was broke and the pool didn’t work at all either

Staff was very nice. But the cleanliness was not the best. The bed felt like it had sand in it. Bathroom was not the cleanest. Toilet paper holder broke that had been repaired before

I will NEVER stay here again!!!!!!!! people do not be fooled the Pictures on this sight. the has been down for years, Might be fixed sometime this week but my family and i hauled luggage up 3 floors and they also charge $15 per day to park in their shared parking lot the woman at the front desk was rude and our room was NEVER touched up. I have never complained but his place is awful!!!!!

This place is a total disaster we had to pay $15 a day to have my car parked there if not it would be towed it pays for parking at a hotel? That's completely unheard of. The hotel room was extremely outdated the elevator did not work and it was completely out of service I had a lot of luggage and I had to go up three flights of stairs. Also I told them multiple times about on my TV wasn't working no one did nothing about it I will not be staying at this hotel don't waste your time or money staying here.

Abhorrent. Stains, flies everywhere. Smelt bad, bathroom was dirty and sticky. Felt unsafe and disgusting

Grungy, nasty, and old. Balcony door doesn't open. Main room door lock only works half the time. Very noisy area. I wouldn't even consider staying here again. They charge $300/night but even it was $100/night this place would be overpriced.

No wifi no elevator No iron to press my clothes. On the website it says parking but when I got there I had to pay $15 per day. The main attraction was the pool: it was out of commission and on the website it was still active but when you got there in person they told you that it was not working. No breakfast. Microwave was in poor condition. All staff had bad communication

I really just needed a place to sleep after enjoying the beach and clubs in AC so I didn't mind the place being kind of run down. The first room they gave me had a broken door lock so despite the key card working, the door would not open. They worked quickly to find me another room. However, the second room had a broken AC unit. It was tolerable as it worked more like a fan and blew cool air. The shower had a high pitched whistling sound when it was on so I had to keep the water coming from both the shower head and faucet to keep that sound from continuing. But it was a functional room and met it's purpose.

The advertisement was deceptive. Elevator was broken, non-smoking rooms smelled like smoke, pool was closed, and breakfast was substandard (a muffin, juice or coffee).

This Hotel was very disappointing. They advertised that they offered a “continental breakfast “ every morning and all that they give you was a paper bag with a muffin and an apple in it. They did have juice and coffee. And the pool that they advertised was not functional and looked as though it had been out of service for quite some time. I was very disappointed over all.

The room had dirty sheets thrown on the side off the bed, someone else’s clothes in the closet. Elevator was broken, rooms were full of bugs and very hot. I booked for 6 people says it sleeps 6 but only two beds and a very hard futon which my kids ended up sleeping on the floor. Breakfast was served which was a package of two tiny chocolate chip dry muffins.
