The staff were absolutely wonderful. We came in with three families arriving there the 3rd of July with a same day reservation, and they they got all of us on the same floor next to each other. We weren’t from the area so we asked where could we see the fireworks, and without hesitation they gave us a list of places, and times plus their own little recommendations. The property was being cleaned all day long. Breakfast was also perfect. And the location you cannot beat. Will recommend and book again.

It was really comfortable and relaxing.

We were very pleased with the Fairfield. Rooms were very nice, breakfast was good and front desk staff was very friendly. Would definitely stay again.

Hotel wasn't pet-friendly actually.

Friendly staff. Didn't care for the ~100% price increase for local university graduation or would have recieved better score.

Every staff member was excellent and extremely helpful in meeting our needs and modeled a sincere caring nature. My wife and I stayed the night before surgery at Forsyth Hospital which was 4 minutes away. My daughter and I spent 3 additional night since we were from out of town. We were in a handicap room and when showering there was a pooling of water outside the shower curtain which made for a fear of falling. Also a vent fan was needed in the bathroom to prevent water from condensation on the tile floor.

Only thing that was a problem was the air conditioner makes a whining noise. May be hard to sleep

My stay was pleasant because the check in and out staff were very nice, the room including bed and bath was comfortable and clean. I had a great night sleep. The whole facility was pleasantly quiet. The breakfast had enough options to satisfy most any one and was fresh and included.

The hotel is aging but nice. There appears to be refurbishments happening. Great breakfast. My only complaint is that the parking spaces are too small.

Conveniently located across the street from Haynes mall so there was no shortage of dining options. There's a Walgreen's nearby and it's close to the highways so getting to and from the hotel was simple. The staff was very freindly and helpful, breakfast was convenient and nice.

Well for starters, it would have been nice if they had informed us of the on going construction. I wouldn’t have stayed there had I known that. Second, we try to use the hotel gym when we travel. Because if construction, the gym was totally emptied out!! Also we notice our room sink had a leak too! Our room was still hot even after adjusting the thermostat. Just not a good stay.

Great breakfast option.

Staff was very kind, room was clean, shower was hot, and bed was comfortable. Close to a great coffee & wine shop - Melrose Coffee & Wine Lounge, lunch place - Yamas Mediterranean Street Food and dinner place - Thai Sawatdee.

The hotel management should have made sure to clear up the snow and ice from the parking lot to ensure your guests safety. Areas around the elevators were dirty. I know there were renovations but staff should clean around.

The property was under construction, so there was noise on the floors above us and no fitness center

Overall, the hotel was nice and the staff was super friendly! I didn’t notice a note that it was under renovations when I booked it. My family was happy it had a Fitness Room, but, it was closed and being renovated so we packed workout clothes for nothing. The water to our room was shut off 1 morning while my son was in the shower because of the renovations on another floor. He had to wait 30 minutes for the water to come back on - which was super inconvenient and affected our schedule for the day. You could also hear the renovation work from the other floors during the day so that was a bit noisy. I also didn’t know that rooms were only cleaned every other day at this property so I spent a lot of time getting fresh towels, tissue boxes and toilet paper from the front desk:(. Would I stay there again? Only once the renovations are done.
