This hotel is very clean and the staff are very responsive to their clients needs and complaints. I will always choose this hotel anytime l visit Scaborough

Nice spot!

We stayed at this Best Western on June 8-9 and selected the property because of its convenient location near Highway 401 after flying into Toronto Pearson, as well as the pool for our children. While there were positives, including a good breakfast with plenty of options and friendly staff, our stay was overshadowed by two significant safety concerns. The pool deck was extremely slippery. Both of my children slipped multiple times while walking around the pool area, and my youngest daughter fell and struck her face on the pool deck after losing her footing. I immediately reported this to staff, who went to inspect the area. We also experienced concerns with the elevator doors. While loading luggage, I found I had to physically block the doors from closing, and at one point my daughter’s arm nearly became caught in the door as it closed. As a parent, these incidents were very concerning. We specifically chose this property because it appeared family-friendly, so experiencing multiple safety issues during a one-night stay was disappointing. I hope management investigates both the pool area and elevator operation to help prevent injuries to future guests, particularly young children.

The hotel was great for what I needed it for however there was construction happening during my stay in the water was shut off almost for a whole day so it made it a little unpleasant, but otherwise it was a great hotel great Staff they served good breakfast and I would definitely stay there again.

Hard to fill room coffee machine due to length of cord. Very loud AC. Bed needs a good comforter.

Under renovation but staff did a great job to minimize impact. Lots of pillows. Good breakfast assortment and coffee choices. No complaints.

This was a mediocre hotel at best. We stayed at the hotel because it was close to the Pan Am Centre where our kids were playing in a basketball tournament. Slim pickings in that area as far as options. If it wasn’t for the proximity, would not have stayed there for the price. Definitely high for what you get

Had construction going on that was massy and noisy.

We stay here fairly often, this was not one of the better experiences. The room smelled, likely a mix of cleaning products. Bathroom was awful. Very strong cleaning products used, then the bathroom door was shut tight and left in a room with the heat left on in warm weather with zero ability to vent the room. Took hours to cool the room down and for the smell to dissipate.

Our stay was amazing but our check-in was terrible. An Indian guy did our check in at the hotel. His name is “Rusho” or “Rushi” something like that. He was extremely rude. Not helpful and was stressing us out. He don’t even answers any of our questions properly and just wants to finish the check in as early as possible so that he can sit in the back office and play phone. Also around 9:30pm we called the front desk to inform that the AC is not turning on. Unfortunately the same guy answered the call and told us to play around with the thermostat. We even told us to send someone in the room and he rudely denied and told us to figure out by our own. Later on the same night, I went to the front desk and the night auditor was very kind and he helped us to fix the ac issue. My only advice to the management team that all your staff are very nice except that Indian guy who did our check-in. Please train him well and make him ready for the customer service role especially at the front desk. Because of that staff, hotel will loose its positive impression and many guest will have an unpleasant experience. Please fix it. Everything else has been very good.

Threre are amanities however, gym was smell so bad and uncleaned.

Best Western is one of my favorite choices. Always clean, great beds and accomodating staff. The pool at this location was very warm. Loved it. And there was a sauna.

Breakfast was fresh, Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Room temperature was comfortable. Very clean rooms. Negatives were shower pressure was low and I picked up a screw in the parking lot resulting in a flat tire. There was construction materials that weren’t cleaned up In the parking lot. ( screws, nails, wood etc.)

Excellent price for Toronto area (Woburn), easy access to Hwy 401 travelling in from the East, very good free breakfast, free self parking, swimming pool, Stage 2 EV/PHEV charger available, car wash service and Petro Canada gas station available nearby.

The room was very hot and I couldn’t get the air conditioner to work.

The hotel was pretty nice. The bed was comfortable. The pool and pool room were VERY hot, which made us feel a little bit sick. But overall it was a good experience.
