Wonderful customer service throughout my entire stay from all departments.

Our family stay at this hotel was wonderful. If there was anything we needed, the room was very clean, and the staff at the front desk were always accomodating and friendly. We have stayed here before visiting family, and will definitely be back.

The property was quiet, convenient and about a mile walk to Starbucks, restaurants and a grocery store.

Property is showing it’s age

Nice area quiet room. Room not competently cleaned, problems with television, handles broken on multiple drawers. With slightly better stewardship this would be a great place to stay. Otherwise meh

It's just old.

Location to airport

The pros: Bed and pillows were insanely comfortable. Kitchenette and office space were ample and well designed. The cons: A bit dated. Kind of musty. Slow elevator.

Smelled like smokers had been in room previously, bathroom was very old and beat up

Horrendous property. It smells so bad. Unsafe

La habitación solo la limpian una vez por semana. ----------------------------------------------------------- Furniture inside the room broken and in poor condition. Dirty room with the smell of urine, humidity. Bathroom toilet, the toilet was clogged. The mattress had bugs. The room is only cleaned once a week.

Easy check in close to most of NVA tech companies

It was OK. Served the purpose. The room is a bit run-down. This property is over-priced for the condition of the property.

Huge disappointment

Staff was very polite and efficient. Room was clean and quiet. I would recommend this property to my friends.

PROs- good location , good service , clean rooms CONs- they didn’t have the room I booked ! Came to Herndon and I booked through Expedia . I specifically wanted a kitchenette and 2 beds . Slightly expensive but I went ahead and booked it . The location was good and parking lot was big and was good . Room was near and clean . Bathrooms were ok .. When I went to check in , I was told that they didn’t have the room I booked . I was initially upset but then they gave me 2 rooms next. To each other with 1 bed in each room ! The guy in front desk was helpful even though I didn’t get what I booked . No complimentary breakfast .. not much of amenities . It was an average experience . 3 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️
