Rating & Review Keseluruhan Holiday Inn DUBLIN-PLEASANTON by IHG, an IHG Hotel

The property was clean, quiet, and the staff was friendly! The room was clean an spacious. Their pool area was also clean which is were we spent most of our time! We will definitely comeback for our next vacation.

it was our 1st time in that area and everyone were polite and accommodating..rooms were clean but i guess it was not automatic for them to replace the towels that they took but it was ok...overall, the place and price was just about right...

Air Conditioner is too loud too much noise

Room was great although we’d like to have seen more desk space. TV remote was not in the room and the HVAC wasn’t working but both were taken care of very quickly by housekeeping. House morning coffee was dreadful. We’ll probably stay here again.

Close to freeway, restaurants, shopping, very convenient.

I have stayed at this hotel several times over the last several years and have never had any issues. They were almost finished with renovations and it looked great.

We book a room, swim, then go home . We have done it so many times that when our olthee mmmmm

The hotel was under construction and very dirty. The carpets in the rooms were also disgusting.

The restaurant was not open on Saturday night for dinner. The breakfast area was too cold but the food was adequate.

This hotel is very outdated. They also had some ugly chairs in the pool area. Loved the location though.

The room was affordable and in a convenient location. My only issue was that I arrived at 7pm and my room wasn’t ready when check-in is at 3pm. No reason was given as to why it wasn’t ready. I grabbed dinner at Outback next door and came back an hour later and it was ready.

Our bedroom was next to a huge area they were renovating so it is was noisy during the day and the crew left a lot of dirt behind everywhere which wasn’t immediately cleaned. Staff was friendly & helpful tough.
