Evrityng is good, great Staff , nice Breakfast

Comfortable beds the staff was super friendly and helpful good value for money. Not far away from the theatre to watch a show and bars and restaurants.

Good facilities, decent swimming pool which requires booking of 30 min slots - pretty busy during holiday period, they restrict to about 10 people. Also sauna was a bonus. Decent breakfast with veg options. Easy parking. Arun at reception was especially helpful.

Room dated and tatty carpet needs replacing paint/dye stains all over and stains on the couch. Shower head leaking when in use. General condition of bar eating area ok Food quality and amount also good Expected better quality of room for price

The room was clean and tidy. The shower was not working at first then I asked Omar for support and he came to the room and pull the nub out. The shower now work.

Free parking is always nice. Breakfast was good. Rooms are dated with small tv screens. Pool is small and only given 30 mins slots.

The staff told us children eat breakfast for free but failed to mention that it only applied with adults were also eating. This is poor communication and we wouldn’t have allowed the children to eat there if we’d know.

Good clean room

The breakfast was good and the staff were helpful. I have taken away stars because of the amenities (very small and busy pool which they did manage with a booking system) and the cleanliness. The bathroom had a damp smell and the bath had a layer of grime on it when it was used. You could obviously see under the sink too which was full of cobwebs. The hotel is now dated and needs a bit of an uplift.

Very average hotel.

Very basic hotel, it was noisey with kids running up and down the corridors till late. TVs are tiny with limited channels, bar overpriced with staff that struggled with English. Wouldnt stay again.

It was ok, needs updating but good staff and ok facilities.

Room was not as expexted as it was a premium room and the shower wasnt any good and the toilet wouldnt flush properly won't stay again

The swimming pool was a great addition, we enjoyed it. Clean rooms. Very close to Gulliver land.

Good location

I stayed at Novotel Milton Keynes from 6–8 March 2026 (Room 229) and my experience was extremely poor and unacceptable for a 3-star hotel. My experience: • Night staff behaviour: When I requested assistance or a fan during the night, three male night staff were dismissive, silent, and stared at me, which was intimidating and made me feel harassed. • Ignored communications: I sent a WhatsApp message around 2:30 a.m. asking for help, which appears to have been deleted or ignored by staff. • Privacy breaches: Management referenced my friends’ room (Room 117) when discussing my stay, and housekeeping entered my room without my consent, which is a serious violation of privacy. • Misleading in-room information: The room sheet stated I could purchase drinks during the night, but staff failed to provide assistance or offer alternatives. • Unfulfilled requests: Despite requesting a fan at night, it was not delivered when requested, causing discomfort. Hotel responses: • The hotel refuses to refund in full • Their emails included contradictory statements: initially claiming the fan was provided and that “another guest from the same room” requested one later, then claiming the fan went to Room 117 and my request was in the morning. I was the only guest in Room 229, so the “other guest” claim is false. • The hotel also tried to justify refusing a full refund by claiming a mattress was left wet after check-out and noting that I extended my stay. Neither of these points is relevant

Clean room. Staff friendly and helpful. Swimming pool available but have to book only 30min. Enjoyable breakfast.

Room was tired but adequate. I used the whatsapp as indicated to try and get some support with the appalling noise levels from other guests, as there was no phone, and I was a solo traveller with a child, so unable to go to the desk in the middle of the night. No answer, no support, minimal sleep. Other guests at breakfast had also had no sleep due to guest noise
