Fai and Paul were excellent. Fai help organize our wedding which was held on beach. The gazebo was incredibly decorated with flowers and lights. We had dinner on the beach under the stars in gazebo. It was so beautiful. Paul helped us coordinate transportation for a 7 hour island adventure exploring the island. Kord was super helpful and attentive to help us manage our bags during our stay. Many others were so helpful. We loved the resort and will be back.

Lazy River, Hauptwasserattraktion des Hotels, war tagelang stark verschmutzt, veralgt (?), schon vor unserer Ankunft. Vom Management gab es weder eine Erklärung dazu noch Kompensation für die ausfallende Möglichkeit zu schwimmen. Und das im Sommerurlaub. Laute Filteranlagen wurden irgendwann aufgestellt, zusammen mit hochgiftigen Chemikalien in geöffneten Säcken, die frei zugänglich herumstanden, obwohl viele Kinder auf der Anlage waren. Auch nach Tagen keine Besserung. Beim Check-out gab es nur ein lächelndes Schulterzucken dazu. Frühstück war jeden Tag gleich, Qualität ok, den Sternen nicht gerecht. Vermutlich mein letztes Mal im Melia.

Perfect hotel for honeymoon!

The hotel was beautifully kept. Staff were friendly and very helpful. The location on a beautiful beach and many restaurants within walking distance. We absolutely loved our stay.

No air conditioning while eating breakfast. The hotel is a bit of a maze. Staff is excellent! Breakfast is good. Cons: no lift.

We had a great stay at the Melia and would certainly recommend it to other travelers. Fantastic breakfast spread, good size rooms (loved the ceiling fan on the terrace) and friendly staff. Lots of restaurants along the beach for meals and drinks. Speaking of which...the one negative for me were the cocktails at the hotel, for some reason they all tasted strongly of lemon and the daiquiris were not made with real fruit. Avoid and go to any of the local beach bars instead. Top tip - The adults only area upstairs to the left of the beachside pool was never busy and provided a nice quiet view of the beach and pool.

Our second stay at Melia Koh Samui and it did not disappoint. Excellent service, ultra clean, beautiful hotel and grounds, lovely beach, fantastic pools, great food, warm and welcoming vibes, with phenomenal staff at both the Level and the kids club (Special mentions for dada, gigi & ribbon at the kids club & Kem, Sky, Dew, Maya and all the crew at the Level - outstanding)

Wir waren super happy mit dem Hotel! Das Personal war eine 10/10, die Anlage wird ununterbrochen gepflegt, der Hoteleigene Strand ist super schön. Die lage war auch super praktisch, man kommt überall schnell hin kann aber auch fußläufig einige Restaurants erreichen.

Amazing property with high quality food and drinks, the pool was amazing. The breakfast was small but had everything needed for an amazing high quality breakfast. The produce was fresh. The beach was clean and waters clear. Service was really good and the staff friendly and always smiling. The ambience of the resort was relaxing. Only downside was that there were no elevators and no ramps throughout the facility which made it tricky with prams which meant couldn’t access the middle gardens/ other pool/ kids club area.
