Rating & Review Keseluruhan White Oaks Resort & Spa

The rooms feels quite luxurious and elegant compared to peer hotel groups like Marriot. The rooms are extremely clean and quite large for the rates they charge. This is something unexpected in a country where people pay 250-300$ a night for a miniature room. But White Oaks is an exception to this. Hands down the best resort I have visited in Canada.

It’s normal .. nothing good and nothing bad… just I think big resort like white oaks should work much more in guests satisfaction …

Great resort. As observed, It seems to be popular for the elderly. Staff are attentive and friendly but too many are like body guards. Multi-purpose hotel as it seems to be a busy place for squash players, corporate events and gym fitness goers. Dinner at LIV Restaurant is top notch quality food and delicious. Best to go mon-wed for their 2 can dine deal. Hotel is clean but shower was not a real “steam shower” as advertised. The hotel room looks pristine but not a super modern style as I would like. Great facility for corporate events and large parties. Outlet is conveniently located across the street for shopping and casual fast dining. Sauna and steam room look typical as the ones found in nicer gyms. Great visit overall but did not exceed my expectations. Maybe Next time I’ll try the complete spa experience and change my rating.

Staff was fab and the hotel thought of everything a guest would need. Comfy beds, nice linens and bathrobes.

Not right place for everything

First off the staff were extremely attentive and polite so top marks there. The food for an establishment of this level should be a lot better especially considering the price like 32 dollars for a duck confit poutine was a disappointment. The rooms are dated especially the washrooms, and the pool area is too small and crowded needs a refresh. The value for money is simply not there. The property was quiet and restful but amenities were weak.

Great experience

White Oaks is a great place to stay! It’s so close to Niagara on the lake and the outlet. All the staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating. They had a pack n play set up for our little one and the room was so clean. As always, will be back!

Great staff!

We had a great room, but the choice of tile in the bathroom was terrible, so slippery when wet, i fell. The pool deck was also quite slippery. Dinner at Liv was a bit bland and the steak could have been better quality. Not up to fine dining standards. It was my birthday and the gift delivered to my room was a nice touch. Overall a nice experience but you really need to fo something s out that bathroom floor

Enjoyed my stay for the weekend. It was great customer service from checkin to checkout. The Liv restaurant staff was very professional and friendly service all around, the breakfast is what we had and the food was amazing, a chef’s kiss amazing!
