Trying to charge me 215.00 to stay for the night when I showed a receipt that I paid in advance

The Staff was friendly and professional. But the property does not look ANYTHING like the pics online. The room was dingy and not well kept. The bathroom paint and baseboards were peeling off from constant humidity. The shower curtain wouldn't stay closed, so water constantly floods the floor, thus the peeling baseboard. It appears that the entire structure needs and overhaul and modernization.

This property needs a hugh makeover. Also need to get the not sure if they are homeless but they walk around with no shirts. They sit in their truck all day and play loud music. Would never stay again.

Upon entering my room, I found a massive sticky substance on the floor, the lights by the bed did not work, the shower itself did not function properly, the faucet leaked on the counter, the towel rack was broken, and there was stains on the white sheets.

Little noisey. Sounded electrical ?? Staff notified 👍

Rooms were dirty and we had to switch 3 rooms within hours because of light not working, toilet not flushing, not clean, hairs on the bed. Bathrooms were full of molds. Rooms were very smelly. We had to survive to checkout next day. Lobby was full of weed smell and we literally found a person smoking weed in the lobby and he seems like a friend of the person sitting at the reception and they were chatting always. This place should be closed down. Definitely not for families.

The entire property could use better maintenance in and around the facility. Air refresher is a must as well.

The floor in the room above is SQUEAKY. Everything else was great

Room had a flood in the middle of the night. Front desk moved us to new room, with no water.

We checked but our rooms were occupied by other guest and there were no other rooms available!!!

We stayed four nights in this hotel. After the first night, housekeeping serviced our room, so we thought that they did this daily. When they did not service the room after the second night, I went to the front desk and asked that it be serviced the next morning. When we returned from a full day in the field, the room was untouched, so our wet towels were in a heap on the floor and the trash cans were both full. I went to the front desk and got fresh towels, no questions asked, but this discouraged us from staying there again. Also, the litter outside the hotel's front and side doors was well beyond what we usually see at budget hotels. This place is fine for a night, but if you plan to stay longer, you may want to consider going elsewhere.

The room was ok but the smell not so good (humidity and disinfectant). The floor was slippery-ish. The breakfast was mostly inexistant. Generally ok and clean

The property did not have enough staff. The property management seemed to miss the boat. I felt sorry for the staff

Upon checking in, my room was not actually available. I reserved a room with one king bed, and we received a room with two double/twin beds instead. Overall the hotel was tidy however still smelled like an ashtray.

Good price but building and surrounding area is dirty. Nice staff.

My brother came to visit from out of town,, and there were absolutely no bedsheets on his bed. When he brought it up to the front desk, the woman proclaimed “ well. I am not a housekeeper.” My brother had to then take bedsheets and take care of his own linens.

It is terrible, but the price was right.

It was good but our room key wouldn’t work after numerous keys and running back and fourth and reserved and did online check in with time of arrival and had to wait almost an hr for a room anyway

Not enough staff. My reservation for the second night was not found. The desk didn’t know what rooms were clean or occupied. House keeping did not show up for work except for one. No elevator- had to carry all my luggage up the stairs.people where waiting hours to check in.

The door locks did not work so they had to open with a crowbar. The place is damp and smells musty. Carpet is peeling up. It was not a fair deal for the price.
