Das Hotel ist schön renoviert. Der Service lässt zu Wünschen übrig.

Dette er andre oppholdet på hotellet, der vi hadde en ok opplevelse for to år siden. Nå er det forfalt, med en enklere frokost og dårligere room-service. Kalde rom når vi ankom, ovnene var ustabile, og lufteventil på badet var tett.

Das Personal war zuvorkommend und freundlich. Sie haben uns weitergeholfen. Das Zimmer war schön eingerichtet und Sauber.

Room was cleaned, though soap dispenser in bathroom and coffee sachets not replenished. Had to ask staff to do so. Otherwise, enjoyed our stay.

There was a lot of hairs in the bathroom and under the bed when we cheeked in. The poor single staff member in the breakfast area was running like crazy and did not know what lactose free milk was.

The guy on reception was great, very friendly and helpful. The rooms are a bit shabby and cleaning could be improved

Lovely room. Very clean and spacious.

Really nice staff, clean room, quiet area. Only issue was that the pillows were very thin which resulted in not the best sleep.

Great

The Lasserhof is an easy walk from the Salzburg train station and from the old town, which was very convenient. One of our rooms was ready a couple of hours early, which was great so that we could drop off our things and get ready for the day. The rooms were comfortable and spacious, for the most part, though one of our "triple" rooms had a cot for the third bed and we had trouble figuring out how to use the shower/bath. The breakfast was a little sparse but fine.

It was fine, a bit noisy being near the front door and stairs. Plumbing system very noisy, unless bathroom door firmly shut.
