Rating & Review Keseluruhan Comfort Inn & Suites Rapid City near Mt. Rushmore

I had 2 Suites. Mine and my husband’s was nice but the Suite I got for my son was dirty. The coffee pot was not clean and still had a dirty bag in it , the chairs around the table were all laying over on the floor and the fireplace didn’t work. They didn’t offer another room very disappointed.

We were impressed by this location! The staff at check-in was super friendly. The beds were especially comfortable. They did run out of items at breakfast but seemed to be tending to the breakfast area as best as possible given the high volume of people.

There was no hot water to shower.

Tiffany greet is with care and kindness. She was really helpful and knowledgeable about the activities that was held in Rapid City and recommended several restaurants. We will definitely visit again as the rooms were clean and cozy.

Breakfast was mediocre. Would not let our grandchild in hot tub with us. Said it was corporate policy but no other hotel in the chain had such a policy.

Nice hotel, we traveled with two kids. Big clean room, nice staff, pool, but we didn't like meager breakfast.

Awesome breakfast!! very clean rooms. could put some liquid soap in bathroom for showers. Beds were very comfortable. Would recommend!!!

Great staff! Quiet rooms, we didn't here any hallway noise. My husband has a bad back & hips, and we thought the beds were very comfy.

It was a quiet place to stay. The breakfast was simple. Finding the property is a little tricky so map it out

Clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. Only complaint: the walls must be made of paper. It's so loud. I didn't sleep at all the first night due to the noisiest neighbors in the world.

The hotel was clean, well maintained, and the staff was excellent. It has a large patio in front with outdoor couches and chairs. It's sectioned off in three groups and each section has a large fire pit. It's in perfect location if you're going to explore the national and state parks.

I believe it was Tiffany who checked us in. VERY pleasant. The rooms were good for the price, breakfast was decent.

Nice property, the hot tub was out of service and way to much chlorine in the pool

The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. There were lots of choices for breakfast.
