Included buffet breakfast was good and room was very clean. Hotel lobby is dated but well kept. Staff was pleasant and helpful.

This is a nice place, a little far from the downtown core so not especially walkable and I had booked specifically for the pool and hot tub area which was out of service so that was disappointing, but staff were nice, place is clean, room was spacious and bed is comfortable and they have a good breakfast.

I met up with my son and his family and we all agreed that it was one of the cleanest hotels we had stayed in. My grandchildren had a great time in the pool! The breakfast was delicious!

Stayed here 2 times and each time has been awesome. Good price, good staff, decent free breakfast, pool is awesome for kids (not big but still decent with a slide). Good area as well.

Other than the toilet wanting to be a little temperamental ( which we didn’t mind) the two nights were as always great, comfortable beds. Great a/c and great location… bug ( our 3 year old puppy) loved it too

The lady who booked us in was pleasant and informative. The room was large, clean with a comfortable bed. The breakfast had plenty of variety, we like to stay where they provide a hot breakfast rather than continental, and it did not disappoint.

We stayed here twice on our trip and it was wonderful. The pool was a huge hit with our kids and the property was great. The property is a little dated (our second night beds were a little saggy and the first night nothing charged on the USB outlets) and it doesn’t have bells and whistles, but the amenities were wonderful, everything was clean, and the staff was great. Breakfast was really good! We’d stay again.

Breakfast menu was fresh but not much selections. If there’re soup and salad would be better. Vending machine on the 4th floor should be checked. I put $10 to buy one bottle of water and I got only $0.25 back . It was crazy.

Great check-in, beautiful clean spacious room, super breakfast.

The room was clean and fresh. The breakfast was okay. The fire door outside of our room soft closure was broken and the door started slamming at 6.30 . We did report it to the front desk and we are going back this week and I’ll check to see if it’s repaired.

It was great to have service in French. Staff were very welcoming

Stains on bedding and was told to put a sheet over it.
