Booked non smoking. The first room they gave us smelled like smoke so we switched rooms. The second room was fine at first but we could smell smoke coming in from the hallway every time we open the door.

Beds are pretty lumpy, soft and saggy. Very outdated and dingy. For the price not worth it. Was still $200 a night which is absolutely ridiculous.

When we arrived, there were police there because there was an altercation. The front desk person seemed like this was not an unusual circumstance. The entire hotel smells like cigarette smoke. In our "non-smoking" room, it still smells like cigarette but not as strong as the hallways and entrance. The breakfast is a waffle maker, cereals, breads, and hard boiled eggs. The location was great because it was not far from exiting off the highway. There are also food options and stores around the hotel which was nice.

Since this was the winter, the pool was not open. The room was alright but the hotel is very dated. It definitely needs some TLC.

Property is dated and in need of some refreshing. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

The first room was so dirty not fit to be in. They did give us another room. It was a bit better than the first one. We were there 3 nights so after the 1st night we told then not to clean so i guess they decided not to do it at all. We had to ask for a bag to get rid of our garbage. Never would we stay or recommend a Super 8 again

It was a little run down

Although the hotel is an old building it was clean and the staff at front desk were friendly. Unfortunately the room we had was supposedly a non smoking room, however, upon entering the room we were hit with the smell of cigarette smoke. It was very strong. We mentioned it to front desk & they acted surprised. They came to room & used a bathroom spray to try to mask the smell. As non smokers the smell of cigarettes is something you can’t mask.

It would have been a decent stay but had other customers were loud and sound like they were in the hallway talking very loud, and down the hall someone had their dog in the hallways barking , doors don't offer much of a sound barrier beds were great as were the pillows

Very accommodating and friendly staff and a delightful atmosphere.

When I arrived at front desk the clerk was doing a shift change and explaining details to evening clerk. It took the clerk 30 seconds before she looked up and told me, without any "hello" or "welcome to Super 8 Cambridge," or even basic courteous eye contact, that I would have to wait while they did this. So I stood there for a few minutes. When I got into my room it smelled like disinfectant. The room was cool and the heater did not work. I asked the maintenance guy to have a look. He determined that it wasn't working. So I had to move to the next room over. The heater was working there, and the room didn't smell like disinfectant. It was clean enough, no bugs or anything. The taps in the bathroom sink squeak like rusty screws in wood. And the toilet paper fixture is rusting pretty badly. I wouldn't mention this if I were using a washroom in a backroads gas station, but for a hotel, it's pretty gross. The maintenance guy was pleasant and helpful, even with his swearing. The continental breakfast was average. This area was kept very clean and well stocked by the staff taking care of it. The front desk daytime clerk could take a lesson from other staff in the hotel about being more courteous with clients.

The Manager ( Shawna) exceptionally good and professional as well as the staff very helpful and that made our experience pleasant The building or most part of it can benefit from some upgrades
