Understaffed. One person at the reception. No help with laguage at arrival. Not convenient for car. Only for taxi arrival

One of the coolest boutique hotels ive ever stayed in. The rooms were very clean, cute and had very comfortable bed and pillows. The entire hotel area was decorated to the nines and my wife and i loved it. It was also within walking distance to many the popular sites. We would strongly recommend this place to our closest friends!

This hotel is a gem!! Everything was great from start to finish rooms clean and modern and hotel decor was amazing with unique paintings and accessories. The staff was great and our favorite was Amany she was awesome!! I highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Vienna!

I was incredibly impressed! The building itself is lovely, breakfast was amazing and the balcony room was really worth it. Even little details like a port to plug in an HDMI cable for our laptops was great.

Fabulous boutique hotel with a caring attentive staff, clean beautiful rooms with comfy beds, lots of lighting options and a heated bathroom floor. The hotel decor is whimsical and fun. Great breakfast too. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

I loved my stay here, probably the nicest decorated hotel I have stayed at. Red and gold are my favourite colours, so for me it was heaven even down to the iconic red bathroom they have near the spa. The artwork everywhere was also gorgeous. Great location literally on the Main Street of shops but entrance is discreetly tucked away for privacy and a short walk to the museums and 3mins walk to two different metro stations. I definitely plan to return when I visit Vienna next.

Superbe hôtel ! nous avons été très bien reçus. L'hôtel est idéalement situé, en ville proche des commodités mais assez loin du tumulte touristique ; l'endroit parfait, proche du métro , dans l'élégant quartier des musées. Les chambres sont super bien insonorisées, on entends pas les voisins. On s'y sent très bien, un parfait cocon. Le petit déjeuner exquis est à la carte, un chef vous prépare votre commande tous les matins, et ce rapidement. On attends pas. Bref, une super adresse d'hôtel à Vienne.
