Staff are clueless, very rude don’t do anything to help you. Spa is non existent made a booking but there’s only 1 person working there. Pool was filthy. No gluten free options. Very slow staff at breakfast. Services are of 3* star hotel. Definitely not a 5* service.

The hotel is outdated, room is in poor condition, needs major updates. It just didn’t look or feel clean. It needs remodeling for sure.

We throughly enjoyed our stay for a week which was booked last minute. The breakfast was excellent, especially the made to order paratha’s every morning. There could be more tea options available, we weren’t very keen on the ones on offer. The staff were very friendly, polite and attentive throughout our stay. Our evening meals were very good and there was a wide range of options for vegetarians. We also ate in the bar and recommend the nachos, best we’ve had, especially the salsa sauce. Our cocktails were also delicious, with pretty butterflies hand decorated onto them for us. I’d booked a body massage one evening but we got stuck in traffic and delayed. I rang and left a message with reception but the young lady who was doing my massage kindly waited for me and stayed behind at work. Our rooms were excellent but the irons constantly leaked, this is something to look into please. We used the laundry service and all our clothes were cleaned and ironed nicely, especially our linen clothing. We will be returning to India in the autumn with our children and are planning on staying here again.
