Amazing place and phenomenal staff!

Great location. The property is in need of minor repairs (light switches, locks, floors). However the staff is truly exceptional. Emily and Brittany were so kind and gave the best recommendations.

Melrose Mansion is an amazing and beautiful hotel! The staff are all absolutely fantastic and AMAZING. The room is always amazing!!! I won’t stay anywhere else when traveling to New Orleans

Great service. Emily had many spot-on recommendations. Awesome location, walkable to French Quarter, and minutes from Frenchmen St.

Make sure you look close at the pricing and note that they charge a cleaning fee in addition to their rate. The property looked extremely nicer in pictures than in person.

The mansion was great. The staff were excellent. Emily gave the background on the house and the security guard gave us a wonderful tour even though we got in really late. I would recommend this location to anyone. It’s a must stay!

We had to add on a night stay while at a conference and booked at the last minute, had an excellent experience, very friendly and accommodating staff, location is great, near Frenchman Street and the Quarter but not in the midst of the noise. Beautiful old style decor, but kept up very well.

Overall a good stay! I would recommend it if you are staying in New Orleans to site see, definitely a good stay.

Our stay at Melrose Mansion was very comfortable with a good free breakfast. However, there was street noise from the Bar next store on Saturday night late and construction noise at 7:30AM Monday morning. Also, no elevator just stairs was offset by prompt service help with luggage.

Everything was excellent

We were disappointed. The room was Spartan. The sink faucets merely dribbled. There was a light out in the bathroom and it wasn’t fixed after we mentioned it to the staff. The breakfast was poor - no napkins, late delivery, no knives, etc. Our room key didn’t open the front door. We wouldn’t stay here again despite the great location.

Great little spot on border of French Quarter and Marigny. Comfortable and massive room for the price. Really cozy and loved my 2 nights here.

Friendly staff. Cute hotel in a charming historical building. About 15 - 20 minutes to the very center of bourbon street. In a quiet neighbourhood. Very nice location away from the noise but steps from the fun.

It was a pleasure to stay at Melrose. We had late check in (12 am) and the security was very accommodating. Everyone at this property was so welcoming and offered to bring whatever we needed to our suite. Bonus: everything is within walking distance (10-15 min walk). Ubers and Lyfts are always nearby if you’re feeling lazy. I will certainly be back!
