Terrible food, room ok. A.C. Ok

Check in time for us took 1 hour and 30 min. My room smelled like paint for 2 days

Awesome family type resort which allows guests the privilege to use the pool until 10pm whilst enjoying a night show and sipping beverage of your choice . The staff especially at the Albatros buffet restaurant are committed to ensuring 100 percent attention and satisfaction . Rooms were adequate, well stocked with amenities , liked the idea of the bracelet for entry . Areas that need attention include shorter check in times ,the Mexican restaurant LINDO , needs immediate attention in terms of offerings and more areas with shade .Not everyone wants a suntan . A pleasant and memorable experience , and would visit in the future

Good Hotel for price. Food was good breakfast was great and dinner was Okey. Excelent pool and beach side is kind of small but good enough. We stayed 4 nights and we did other activities out side of the hotel. Would definitely come back tho price is good.

Los baños estaban un poco sucios, en un plato de comida encontré un cabello. Había horarios y a veces no dejaban entrar a recoger comida entre horas y tenía hambre. Pero en general es una buena experiencia

We had a great experience from beginning to end. Everyone there was kind & welcoming. The grounds are well maintained & our room was clean & always stocked with water, soda, candy bars, etc. Kids especially enjoyed the Michael Jackson concert in the evening. The food was a hit or miss but we never left hungry. Everything is right there-the pool, the restaurants & a small beach. Having a 24 hour snack bar was convenient. We were comfortable & happy throughout our stay.

ME GUSTÓ LA ATENCIÓN, LA CALIDEZ DEL PERSONAL DE TODAS LAS AREAS DEL HOTEL, SIN EMBARGO HABÍA QUE MODERNIZAR LOS MUEBLES Y UTENCILIOS DEL COMEDOR

We were at the Occidental Costa Hotel in Cancun for three night. I had such a wonderful time with Son his wife and my bestie. The food was amazing it was always fresh food and delicious. We ate at the seafood restaurant one night for dinner an it was awesome. There large size pool was phenomenal with Zumba twice daily. The atmosphere was so beautifully refreshing and relaxing because of their warmth and welcoming environment the staff was so friendly and always willing to help you in every situation you need help. The surrounding areas was immaculate clean and the garden was well maintained. It was a great pleasure sitting by the bar an enjoying some freshly made margaritas and enjoying the evening Show with live music and performances. Of course we enjoyed the beautiful beach which is on the property. I rate this Hotel an their entire Staff an 10/10 I recommend to anyone interested of going to Cancun.

Hotel qualidade boa, bebidas a vontade, comida boa, quartos confortáveis, pra o custo benefício valeu a pena, categoria 4 estrelas.

The checkin was slow and painful. After that it was nice. My daughter really liked it.

El resort y el personal muy bien, en cuestión de alimentos se dificulta encontrar reserva para cena, eso se tiene que hacer al llegar hotel ya que, después no encontrarán espacios, considero que pueden mejorar la limpieza de la playa.
