The Hotel was perfect for an extended stay after a flight cancellation, rooms were clean and the location was fantastic. I only gave three stars for amenities as it's not a five star hotel so if you are expecting that you may want to try elsewhere. Otherwise staff was polite and helpful and the rooms were clean.

Came to San Juan for a night, and stayed here our stay was great clean and comfy, Rad at the front desk was amazing so attentive and so much help. He for sure was the best concierge/ front desk staff i have come across thank you!

The hotel was charming. Staff was welcoming. My room was exactly what I needed, clean, air conditioned and ready when I arrived. The beach was in walking distance along with cafes and local stores. A 15 minute drive from airport. This was very convenient.

Kind of like staying at Grandmas, older clean rooms , great hospitality though .

the bed smelled of poop even with clean sheets on them. there was no coffee. juice and danish as included on started on website. they only gave you 2 8 oz bottles of water but always had to ask for more or was told to go to walgreens to but more. the room had no cabinets in bathroom to store your toilettees. the shower head was about out10ft. up so was really had to wash your hair and bathe. overall theis place is priced. should be about $150 not what i paid.

Great location! Our 2nd time staying here. 1 block from beach where they rent beach chairs for 10.00. The room had exactly what you need a quiet room with a comfortable bed and a shower. We don’t spend a lot of time in the room. We are beach lovers and spend our nights out to dinner and casinos. The bathroom tiles were chipped and mismatched but those things don’t matter to us. We love the price, free parking onsite, and location!!!

Clean, staff was pleasant and very helpful, centrally located. Rooms are not fancy but very clean and has what you need to sleep well.

Hotel was in great location, less than 2 blocks to the beach. Rooms are clean and perfect size for 2. Hotel appears under new ownership and lots of construction happening as they continue to improve the property. They said they were hoping to add a breakfast option in the future. Staff was beyond friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again!
