The hotel is beautiful. Very comfortable bed. Friendly staff at check-in. Modern appliances in the room. Got really sick from in room dining. Arrived late in the evening and ordered in-room dining since all the restaurants were closed. Food was delivered quickly. Butter-chicken, um ali, vegetable biryani. 4 hours later, I was vomiting profusely.

The Four Seasons is a Six star hotel. My only advice to them is “real elegance is toning down the excessive quest to see if the guest is being well looked-after, at some point its just too much, too overbearing. Be inspired by the Japanese, “attention with discretion- that’s the golden standard”. In sum, tone it down a notch.

What an amazing hotel!

ROOM WAS SO HOT I COULD NOT SLEEP. A GUEST CAN NOT CONTROL THE ROOM TEMPERATURE AND THE MIRRORED BUILDING CAUSES ROOM TO BE SO HOT. AC WILL NOT WORK UNLESS YOU ARE IN YOUR ROOM AS THE ROOM HEATS UP IN 5 MINUTES AFTER COLING DOWN A BIT. I WAS SWEATING GETTINGN DRESSED. TERRIBLE IN ROOM HVAC SYSTEM. WILL NOT STAY THER AGAIN,
