The staff was very nice however the pool and hot tub area was disgusting. The water in the hot tub was brown. The air in the pool area didn't work. The ice makers on all floors didn't work. The carpets were stained in the hallways. The AC didn't work well in our room. The stairwell steps were sticky and gross. The shower curtain was ripped. I would not recommend.

Good Job

This was the worst stay I’ve ever experienced. The room was very dirty and torn down. The sheets were stained with blood and make up on both beds. The carpets were dirty with forks and plastic tops, chips and other food items. There was a dirty blanket rolled up under the pull out bed. There was ants all over the room even in our clothing and spiders in the windows. The bathroom was very dirty and there’s was hair all over the shower and floor in the bathroom. There was no light bulbs in any of the lamps except one and the smoke detector was broken and hanging off the wall. The ac unit blew warm air and was also broken in half. I’m very disappointed that we paid an extra $100 for the conference room for my daughter’s party. We booked 3 weeks in advance and even came early the day of to make sure everything was ready. The conference room was full of dangerous power equipment, wood pieces and lots of gallons of paint. There was no tissue in the bathroom and no extra trash bags. This pushed her party back 2 hours and most of her guest could not attend due to the time changes.

For the price paid, it was OK.

No ice in ALL ice machines! Said they were broken! No soft drink machines. Had to request another room because sheets on one bed looked as if they had been slept on. Floors were wavy like warped. Noisy from other rooms and people walking. Very disappointing for $157.00!

Had issues with card not opening pool and gym entrance and all ice machines were down and out of order.

Night stand was not wiped down from prior guests. Refrigerator was sticky. Dusty carpets, stains. Very little parking on busy night.

I walked in the front lobby door and the smell of Marijuana was very strong. Spots of coffee and soda was on the floor. The elevator moved extremely slow and had food on the floor. Property had signs about beginning stages of remodeling. It was definitely outdated.

There are signs distributed on the walls of updates and construction happening so you expect it to see it, didn’t see anything too crazy,. May have felt some weaker spots on the floor but it’s a nice place, not really any clear damage

The first room had a dirty toilet and food in the fridge so they moved us to another room and the stool began leaking water and flooded the floor on second day and they moved us to a third room. Staff was as helpful, but all 3 rooms were dirty. Definitely not cleaned well. Property needed some upgrades. And a discount was never offered for all we put up with.

Front desk staff not very friendly at check in. Felt like we were disturbing him. Got into lower level as requested, but no blankets and it was cool in the room, turned up heat, but never really got warm. Next to pool and was loud, until pool closed down. Breakfast was pretty good and staff was very friendly during breakfast. Juice was really watered down, eggs were really good, as well as biscuits and gravy. Sausage not very good

Need updating. The electrician needed up dating. Very difficult to plug in electronics

The room and staff was great. The shower in the room was awful and didn’t work well. Everything else was great. The free breakfasts were good!

Shampoo dispenser in shower empty. Bed near window broken at the foot.

Clean and comfortable, easy check in and out.

Staff was exceptionally friendly. Facility is clean but not in great shape, they're in the process of remodeling/painting. Location of hotel seems like it could be sketchy but I had no issues.

Nice hotel, but got to breakfast an hour and a half before it was over and there was hardly anything left. Only the waffle maker was going. And there were eggs but it was just a huge block that they didn’t even break up. The staff was nice! But there was also a small stain on the bed.

Needs to be cleaned better.

Convenient to several restaurants and it was very clean
