Clean room, great house keeping, friendly services

Trop bruyant. Musique venant de la rue. Fenêtres ne coupent pas le son Impossible de dormir même à 1h du matin.

Restaurants à proximité et le Vieux-Québec au coin de la rue !

Chambre très propre, personnel très courtois et accueillant avec les enfants. Bien situé, facilité d’accès à la restauration avec le restaurant accessible par l’intérieur de l’hôtel. Belles installations (piscine, etc)

Enfin du vrai service hôtelier. Des solutions et non des excuses. Bravo à toute l’équipe !

Hôtel très bien dans l’ensemble, bien placé et très propre. Petit - pour la taille des lits un peu trop petits et le bruit de la VMC en continu la nuit.

Wonderful stay at a perfectly located hotel ! Friendly and professionnal staff. Very clean room, with 2 double bedroom a tad tight. Great amenities, though wish the gym would have been a little more roomy and pool a little warmer our last 2 days. Would 100% stay again !

Very well located,but could hear music in my room all night stopped around 6:am. Hotel is missing the personal touch.

The room had a lovely view of the Plains of Abraham museum rooftop and the Plains. We were disappointed that the fireplace in our luxury room didn't work, but the soaking tub was great.

Room is clean. The staff was very nice. Also enjoyed the flavored sparkling water from the vending machine.

I requested for my room to be serviced in the morning from the front desk. Went roaming in the city for hours. After walking miles and miles, I just wanted to relax. Got back to hotel keys didn't work. After sorting that out no cleaning had been done. Back down to wait in lobby while cleaning was done. No apology. A simple hey we are sorry here is a coupon for (xyz)..would of gone a long way.
