Rating & Review Keseluruhan Comfort Suites Southaven I-55

Staff is very nice and accommodating. The property is well kept and clean. Many restaurants in walking distance as well as a movie theater. You don't realize how close you are to the grit and grime of Memphis unless you head north a few miles. It's almost like South Heaven has a wall around it to keep all the poverty, crime and drugs of Memphis out.

The only complaint would be that there was no shower curtain and the shower rod was loose. Desk clerk said it had been written up for a couple of months. The Engineers should be faster then that in there repairs. Over all the place was very nice and staff was great

Where to start……. Pubic hair in each bed. Snotty nose tissues in couch bed. Infested with ants. Toilet would not flush. Never restocked rags or towels. Never had new sheets put on unless we did it. Elevator does not have inspection certificate in it. And it was in terrible shape. Blinds missing rods, so you could not close them.

I stayed the 11th and 12th of April in a double bed room 224.the first you get it made loud noises just from sitting on,any kind of movement on made the squeaking noise louder.the real problem i had it was kids running up and down the floors all day and night ,i called the front desk a couple of times but it didn't do any good,i guess kids gonna be kids ,not sure what was going on but it was a lot of kids.i was really surprised about the bed

Staff I talked to for sheets and blanket for pullout bed spoke no English. They did not bring fresh towels.

The room we were given was nasty. The front desk blamed housekeeping. Looked like all the did was make the bed.

We arrived at the hotel around 10:30pm, after a long day of driving, and found out that our room wasn’t cleaned yet. They did offer to clean it, but we decided to take a smaller room. They were going to reimburse us for the difference in room prices, however, since I got a good deal on the original room, they said they would just give us the smaller room for the same price. Was in town for a dance competition. Close to shopping, dining and more. The manager was very helpful to us.

It’s always clean

It was a little bit of an older comfort in, but it was maintained very well. The staff was cooperative. The room was clean, and the beds were OK. The pillows were not very good. They’re way too soft.

Check in lady was excellent.

The room was in bad shape. It rained in the window. The shower curtain was broken in the bathroom. I ordered a non smoking room but was out in a floor where they were smoking. On top of that I left a brand new baseball cap I. The room that is worth $50 and they said that they couldn’t find it in the room.

The room was not cleaned like it should be. Several spots were not vacuumed. The smell of weed the entire time we were there was nauseating. You smelled it as soon as you stepped on the elevator and smelled it all night long. You should do a better job of keeping a check around the hotel for things like this. I would make a safe bet that not many people would enjoy this. Definitely not an environment you want your family around.

Hotel smelled like vape pen and pot. Hallways, elevator, diner area. Same smell. Once in room it lessened but never went away.
