Staff were helpful. Air condition was good. Mattress was terrible. Room was clean but looked old and outdated. Shower drain was slow and there was a small cockroach in it.

Cumpre sua função como um hotel básico para quem vai passar o dia conhecendo a cidade e precisa de um lugar para dormir, porém tudo é muito antigo, a rede elétrica parece que vai colapsar se você liga o secador de cabelos, por exemplo. O café da manhã é básico, não possui muitas opções, porém cumpre a sua função. Sinto que esse hotel já foi 3 estrelas em alguma época do passado, mas agora não é mais.

Nice hotel. Our room was towards front and noisy. Lots of places to eat. But the nicer part of city is towards the marina and coast

Clean room great location 10 minutes walking from Napoli Centrale. Good restaurants close by. Great free breakfast at hotel.

It's a basic hotel close to the station. It's clean but the rooms are in poor condition and need some maintenance.

Excellent accueil, la chambre est d’époque mais il y a la clim et à Naples en plein été c’est important Petit dej italien pas beaucoup de choix mais ça va On entend les Klaxons le soir mais bon c’est Naples et c’est super bien placé Et le prix du parking défie toute concurrence

Der var rigeligt med gode spise steder omkring hotellet. Desværre startede vores tur til Napoli kaotisk fra tog stationen. Vi blev overvældet af lokalbefolkningen og området omkring, hvilket resulterede i udtjekning før tid. Indtjekningen virkede umiddelbart meget kort og upersonligt. Vi var tilbage ved receptionen et par og spørge om små detaljer - eksempelvis tilkobling til wifi. Personalet på hotellet forklarede os først senere, hvor vi som turister i byen kunne tage hen

The ac in my room was broken , the mini fridge wasn’t working and the staff member said they couldn’t do anything about it
