The pool wasn't clean initially, looked better later in the day

Only complaint was the lack of toiletries. Two nights in a row we asked for towels to be told there was no clean towels avaliable. Even after our room was cleaned and dirty towels taken we were left with no towels at all to use. I had to get pushy with the front desk after being told there were none that they had to give me something for us to use to shower. All of a sudden magically towels appeared.

Stop over stay. Nice room, clean, comfortable bed.Everything was great.

Broken elevator, room on third floor.

Poor lighting around the building, elevators did not work. We were on the third floor

I would stay here again and recommend to others.

The elevator was out and the pool was closed, otherwise it was great!

Comfy beds were the best after 14 hours of driving! Great spot

The elevator did not work while we were there, which meant carrying our heavy suitcases for quite a few floors of stairs.

Nice and clean hotel but price is ridiculous! Payed $285 after taxes for 1 night

Great room

Hotel staff were polite and helpful. The room was nice and modern out only concern was we found bed bugs in the morning after we were getting ready for departure. My wife was bitten several times by the bed bugs, I had mentioned it to the front desk and they didn’t seem surprised. We were disappointed that they didn’t even offer any compensation.

This is a short stay place it has to be.bathroom floors stick tv is blue hue people talking in the hallway the only good thing was the young women that che ked me in..does not feel safe lets put it this waffle there is waffle 20 feet away from this dump..i think a refund should be in order oh and i dont need a comment from your manager money talks BS walks

It was very convenient because my job was literally 2 minutes away. Didn’t get much sleep in 2 days, and the breakfast wasn’t what I expected. The staff was very very nice and the day staff was the best. Understood my one problem and made sure it was resolved. Seemed to be very concerned and apologized several times. Wasn’t so quiet but I made it to work which was a big concern of mine.
