Paying for daily parking at an already pricey establishment with no complimentary breakfasts or anything for guests

Nice hotel, everything you need close to the airport but the main lobby bar was under construction and I wish I would’ve known that.

My daughter and I came for 3 nights to celebrate her college grad. The beach view, Patio and pool are great. The insane noise from the airport are horrid! Yes I realized it was by the airport but no joke it sounds like they are landing on top of the hotel…at all hours, it’s BAD. The inside bar was undergoing a complete rehab while we were there so that was a bummer but it happens. The room smelled so strong of bleach when we walked in the door you could barely breathe. I like clean, I also like my lungs not being burnt out. The carpet is old and the room itself was meh. For the price, I expected way more. Don’t stay here if you don’t like planes constantly distributing your trip..this is the worst part. Not luxury rooms in any way shape or form.

This property is EXTREMELY close to the airport. Like the planes takeoff across the road. You hear them day & night but you get used to it. The hotel is under construction and that was nowhere on their website. Our floor (3rd) smelled like a wet swamp mixed with mildew and wet dog. We were told by Mr. Alvarez at the front desk that the hotel was full and we couldn’t be moved. Thank goodness our room did not stink. The hallways were loud, the doors to the rooms slammed and the carpet/drapes could use a good cleaning. The saving grace were Antonio at the swim up bar and Frederik “Freddy” at the towel/pool station. Both were warm and welcoming. They remembered our names and recommended so many great options for food & entertainment. They are true gems. The bellman/Valets were also kind and greeted us morning, afternoon and night. The hotel is safe and everything is very accessible. We added breakfast to our room package but I would skip the option as the coffee shop had better quality food. Keep an eye on your bar tab because the frozens add up but boy are they delicious!!!

The hotel was nice except I was bitten all over by bed bugs on the sofa in my room. My body had bites all over and I reported to front desk clerk who just stared at me and said ok hope you feel better.

I loved everything about this property! My Husband and I held our destination wedding there and they did not disappoint!!! Special shout out to my Catering Manager Juan Fuentes who did any and everything to accommodate us and our guests! We will definitely be going back.

The hotel is under reparations of the lobby and does not looks clean, no advise of this situation

It’s a very beautiful place. The staff was nice but the hotel is lacking shuttle services otherwise everything is perfect.
