We arrived at the hotel early and had messaged them beforehand — they told us there would be a place to leave our luggage. The initial welcome was nice; they placed our suitcases in a room behind the reception.
However, when we returned from the city, we found a white, lime-like substance all over our bags, and one of the suitcases was cracked. The staff member quickly tried to clean them, but the damage had already been done.
When we got to our room, the air conditioner wasn’t working. A staff member came to check, but couldn’t fix it. We asked for another room, but they said only one with two single beds was available. We didn’t accept it and had to stay in the room without air conditioning.
The next morning, we wanted to report the issue at check-out, but there was no one at the reception. There was just a box to leave the room key. After this experience, I don’t think I would stay here again. If you’re considering booking, think twice.
