The hotel and staff were mostly nice. It‘s an airport hotel and all right as such. Unfortunately it was full of unruly people (one guy just took our still wet laundry out of the dryer because he apparently couldn‘t wait), and there was a really weird smell around the lift coming from a conference room…

Awesome customer service. Polite and friendly.

The rooms are not cleaned well at all, hair in the bathroom, little pieces of food on the floor. Clearly no vacuum done.

Very well maintained. Friendly, helpful staff when we needed a screwdriver or extra towels. Pool area cleaned daily or when needed if spills or other messes happened. Restaurant was very overpriced and poor value for portions and menu options, particularly the kids menu. but the staff were friendly.

The hotel was swamped with travelers, like me, as well as with evacuees from all the forest fires in MB. The lobby was often congested, but staff remained calm & positive and everyone I saw was well looked after. The pool and waterslide area regularly hosted 200-300 kids and yet staff kept it clean & organized ...safe for the kiddos. All staff deserve a pat on the back for doing a great job during a highly stressful week-long (still going) event.

There was blood in our bed sheets. Very loud and noisy all throughout the night.

Great place to stay especially if you have kids

Stayed here for 1 night. It did its job. Kids liked the pool area. Not sure why but there was security at the doors and on the floors just standing there. Made me wonder if it was safe there? Glad they were there in case but never had that at any hotel . Also you need to use your key to access the elevator to get to your floor. Kinda annoying

The room got the lightest of tidys before we got there. The top sheet of the bed had staining, the shower floor had grime, a swimming wristband from whoever was there before us was left in the shower. My toddler had a shower when we got there and after half an hour of walking around the floor of our room they were so dirty. Very very gross. Likely will not stay here again.

Pretty good pool area although it might have the shallowest hotel pool ive ever seen.

clean room, good for a night or two of adults, lots of fun for kids if you have them. Inside restaurant the food was good; I ordered wings and their beet salad and was satisfied. Staff was friendly. Area quite dusty
