The esthetics were lacking but comfort was good. Enjoyed the new shower stall.

Property was in terrible shape. Signs stated it was under renovation but there was no indication of work underway. Service was also poor, the front desk was often vacant and the cleaning staff skipped our room a multiple days. Only positive was a new shower. Property was not up to normal Quality Inn standards.

The staff is really nice but it’s an old hotel. It smells old and everything except the bathroom was updated.

Property is undergoing renovation. This was not mentioned when we booked online.

All the facilities are dirty, especially the room is dirty and messy.It doesn't make sense to have such a facility and attract guests.

The rooms and halls are very dated the area outside was dimly lit the back of the building looks like exterior needs siding and doorway area unsafe. The hair dryer did not work in our room. Things hanging off air conditioners outside I would not recommend this hotel and in fact spoke with several who said they drove thru and left due to the looks of the place

Check in person was slow and never made eye contact

Super close to the post office which was a win-win for a hiker that needed resupplies sent to him via mail

There was absolutely nothing likeable about this hotel. For $186 I would expect at a minimum, a clean room. Our bathroom was gross and the shower tub looked as if it hasnt been cleaned in years. The room consisted of broken and mis matched furniture. The lamps are broken, the furniture is beyond worn out. The owners of this hotel should be embarrassed to even be open to the public. I feel totally ripped off! Do yourself a favor and sleep in your car. This place is a dump!!!

It was right next to down town. And also next to post office.

The lobby area is very dated. The rooms are clean and ordinary, they are fine. The breakfast does not include any protein such as breakfast meat and eggs but offers waffles and bagels.

This is likely the worst hotel my family and I have ever stayed in. Difficult to even find because the appearance is so run down outside that one would not believe it was an actual Quality Inn. No sign even on the front door. The clerk at the time of our afternoon arrival did not greet us, was extremely rude, and literally dropped the "f-bomb" right in front of us when she didn't want to answer a phone call from a guest. There was glass in the parking lot, and clearly the place is under construction. We (somewhat fortunately) stayed in the "nicer" building, however, the rooms have not been updated, are dark, and there were dried paint drippings all over our bathroom. The office building was so terrible that we did not trust the breakfast so didn't eat there. The only positive was that the morning clerk at checkout was very nice. Highly recommend finding another accommodation in Pagosa Springs.

Front desk lady refused to check me in because she was ready to leave and had an attitude to where I felt uncomfortable staying at this location because she was giving me a threatening look

Property needs modernisation

The person who checked us in was extremely rude and had an extreme attitude! Was wearing a mask and talked fast so was hard to understand. Politely asked to repeat and they increased their attitude, if possible! Cleanliness of the hotel was poor! Will not recommend this hotel to anyone!

The new shower was great but the property is being renovated and we didn't know. Needs a lot more upkeep, inside and out.

This place was horrible! Not clean facilities needs repaired and the cost was way to high for such a dump!
