Sehr ruhige Lage, sehr sauber, zentral gelegen, Trambahnhaltestelle ganz in der Nähe. freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal. Tiefgarage im Haus. Empfehlenswertes Hotel.

The woman who helped me check in stayed late to accommodate my late flight, she was very kind. Nice stay overall!

Chips unter dem bett , viel staub und einfach dreckig. Badezimmer war aber sauber

Had room 108 - apartment with king size bed. You can hear absolutely everything happening in neighbouring rooms such as walking, opening and closing of doors and obviously talking. So sleep with earplugs. Also worth noting is that the bed does not have a top mattress. Staff attempted to charge payment for the room both at check-in, which is fine, and then again in the morning. I guess confusions happen, but in totality a poor impression.

The Art Hotel was just a happy experience. All the staff were helpful and spoke English. ( great for Aussies who don’t ) Muller the barman. especially , was super keen to please. Over the bridge from the main square was great, nice and peaceful. Not expensive but let’s face it, as tourists we only need a good bed . Too busy out all day and half the night exploring. Tolle Unterkunft mit perfekter Anbindung an die Linie 1 und 2 und schöne Umgebung (nur 2 Minuten weg von der Donau). Zimmer ist sehr groß und bietet viel Platz zum arbeiten

Freundliches helles Foyer, saubere großzügige Zimmer, gutes vielfältiges Frühstücksbuffet, gute (fast) zentrale Lage, Parkhaus unter dem Hotel (etwas teuer 19,00 Euro/Tag)

Nettes Personal, sehr gutes Frühstück. Sauberkeit im Bad war nicht ideal (Haare in der Badewanne)

Mais publicidade que qualidade. Quarto e cama OK. Banheiro de bom tamanho . Café da manhã razoavel. Estacionamento pago,no local.

On the other side of the bridge where is located the old town but eaay to reach the old town. Extremely quiet and clean. Nice breakfast.

Värme på rummet blev reglerat via luftkonditionering. Och den anläggningen hade ett högt ljudnivå. Var dåligt isolerat mot hall, och därför hörde man tydligt när andra gäster kom och gick. För övrigt ett fint och trevligt hotell.

Das Hotel verdient auf gar keinen Fall 4 Sterne, das war das schlechteste Hotel der letzten 5 Jahre!

While the location and property itself is fine, it is in a high standard with artsy feel there is one major shortcoming. Apparently hotel has this weird “policy” whereby they assume guests do not want room cleaned (for staying more than one night) unless they inform the staff they wanted room cleaned or put a “sign” on the door saying you want room cleaned. The front desk agent was not sympathetic and did not understand how ridiculous the policy is. I’m surprised other guests did not mention this weird policy. I hope management will take note of negative review and make changes immediately. Cleaning the room is a major part of a hotel’s job, should not be optional except maybe for apartments or long term stay properties. Most importantly they did not disclose info when checking in and no obvious disclosure in the room, so came as a bit of a shock and surprise.

Clean room, Fresh and tasty breakfast, Nice staff, Sauna, Comfy bed -no restored breakfast (i.e. no butter 2nd day, no eggs 1st day), -dirty corridor carpet, -price to quality!, -poor room light.

Thank you Gloria, you were so welcoming and helpful, and made our stay wonderful. Good hotel, good location - just behind the Rathaus, and a 5 minute walk across the bridge brings you to the centre and plenty of dining and shopping options.

Clean, comfortable hotel. Arty and not that practical at times. The bathroom is transparent! It may not be what everyone prefers. Do consider applying a frosting at least so the glass is not totally see-through. Great central location though.
