Very clean and close to hospital and clinics.

Stayed here for the Coldplay concert at Camp Randall and had a great time. Friendly staff, clean and comfy rooms, and I enjoyed the free breakfast and pool. The free shuttle to the concert was super convenient. Would definitely stay again when I come back to Madison.

Great location for events at Camo Randall. Walkable but the hotel was awesome in providing a shuttle to and from events. Would definitely stay again!

Convenient

For UW-Madison SOAR, the shuttle service was amazing. My orientation couldn't have went as well as it did without the shuttle service. Just getting the shuttle alone is reason to book this hotel!

Parking lot is too small

having transportation available was great! Free parking also great! We would have liked it if the restaurant was open sooner and later.

Went there for a dr appt as a repeat customer. Love the location and the shuttle offerings too! Excellent food and amenities. Cleanliness is awesome! Staff super accommodating and friendly!

Rooms were clean. Front desk staff was amazing even though it was a sold out weekend because of Morgan Wallen being at Camp Randall Starium. Despite a full hotel they were able to let us check in early on Friday. Gave us helpful info on shuttles. The food at the bar inside was great, bartender was great. Even was playing movie trivia with him. I would stay here again.

Checking in was delayed due to the concert in town. Room wasn’t ready, but we only waited. 15 minutes for our room. Connor at the front desk was amazing. Maybe some minor updating could be done with furniture as the recliner was very uncomfortable. Parking was bad/limited because of the concert.

We rented this hotel to stay at for convenience of a concert. Check-in was 3pm and we expected to have a bit of a wait in line when arriving. What we didn't expect was to NOT have a hotel room available. We traveled 6hrs to get to the concert and had absolutely nowhere to get ready for the concert. This happened to many other guests as well. We know the hotel was scrambling to turn over rooms, but at check-in when this was explained to us, we were told they'd call my cell number as soon as a room was ready - they never called me. I walked up to the front desk 28mins before we had to leave for the concert just to see if there was any possibility of a room being ready and they gave me one. This was an incredible let down for the price we paid.

There was a big event going on in town, so the hotel was sold out. The check-in and bar staff were both amazing and so accomodating!
