Hotel Stepanie's main reception and dining areas boast an old world charm (being the oldest hotel in Vienna). The staff were friendly and attentive. We had a classic double room which was very comfortable and had all the amenities a room should have, such as the all important tea making facility. The buffet breakfast had an impressive range of food to cater for all tastes (hot and cold). The restaurant serves excellent food in the price range you would expect. You are only a five minute walk to the nearest metro station or you can jump on a tram with a stop 50 meters from the hotel. The canal is a 5 minute walk.

Net terug van een 11-daags verblijf in hotel Stefanie. Een waardig en statig hotel met de grandeur die het al een 425 jaar bezit. De inkom is op zichzelf al een klein museum! Eigenlijk is alles goed tot zeer goed. Netheid op de kamers, uitgebreid ontbijt en qua ligging om het centrum van Wenen te bezoeken is dit ook in orde: te voet over de brug van het Donaukanaal na 800 meter het stadscentrum binnen of met de tram die in de straat een halte heeft en 100 meter verder de U-bahn waarbij lijn 2 je binnen enkele minuten brengt waar je wil wezen. Voor 39 euro kan je een 7-dagen kaart kopen waarmee je permanent gebruik kan maken van autobus, tram of U-bahn: zoveel je wil.

Beautiful hotel, from the lobby to the room everything was amazing. The luxury red room feel throughout the hotel was wonderful and we loved the breakfast included at our stay as well as the courtyard.

really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The property is beautiful, with a classic style and tasteful decor that gives it a special charm. Everything was very clean and well maintained, which made the experience even more comfortable. The service was excellent throughout my stay, and the staff were very kind.

The property location was just right for getting around the city. Easy walking and a close underground station if you need it. Despite being in the city, it provided a very quiet and relaxed environment. The breakfast quality was outstanding with lots of variety and choice. The breakfast staff were very attentive and constantly checked the food was freshly replaced when needed. In fact, all the staff that I met (at reception, at the door and cleaning) were very friendly and approachable. The room was comfortable, clean and air conditioned. I booked a single room for 4 nights, as a birthday treat and on my Birthday, i returned from the city to my room and the Hotel had laid on a special treat for me. This was a complete surprise. They must have realised the date from my passport. I was so pleased. This was so thoughtful and reflects the excellent attitude and delivery of service from The Stefanie Hotel. I absolutely recommend this hotel. Thank you again.

AC doesn’t work in the room. The hotel staff and cleanliness were top notch . It’s very close to the transport links and stephansdom. Loved staying there.

Das Hotel war wunderschön und dem edlen Charme des Alters entsprechend. Das Frühstücksbuffet war absolut ausreichend und lecker. Das Team war stets freundlich und die Rezeption hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war sauber, groß und sehr gemütlich. Auch die Betten waren sehr bequem und wir konnten super schlafen. Zu Ostern gab es sogar eine kleine Osterüberraschung. Wir können das Hotel absolut empfehlen! Da wir ohne Auto angereist sind, können wir über die Parkplatzmöglichkeit keine Auskunft geben.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel man fühlt sich von Anfang an Willkommen, das Frühstück ist außergewöhnlich gut und vielseitig und dann kann man dieses auch noch in dem nostalgischen Speisesaal genießen - wir werden bestimmt noch mal wieder kommen.
