Rooms were clean and the staff was very helpful. We went during a renovation period so it was a little less comfortable. Also, the halls were noisy at night so not great for light sleepers.

Room was well-sized and clean. Staff was friendly and the complimentary breakfast was great. Would definitely stay here again.

The room is very clean and we’re very comfortable the reason we stayed in Best Western Airport Inn so that very convenient for our appointment it’s nearby

Overall, very pleasant experience - good choice at breakfast, glad to have the pool and hot tub. Clean bathroom and bed was comfortable.

I Will be comparing other locations first before booking again.

First room has a broken bed. The box spring had a hole in the top left corner. You sit on the bed and it tilted towards the hole. Was a horrible sleep. By the time I knew this issue, my kids were asleep and I wasn’t waking them. There was an incline at the door in the floor. It’s hard to notice it’s there because of the carpet choice. My kids and I tripped walking on it I don’t know how many times. Many missing outlet covers on plug ins. We get moved to a “newly renovated room” because of the other room issues. This room was a disgrace for being newly renovated. This room also lacking outlet covers. The bathroom sink backs up. Can’t even wash your hands and the water sits and takes a good 10 mins to drain. The shower. The door doesn’t close all the way. So there was water all over the floor I had to clean when I was done showering. My daughter who’s 11, burned herself showering because the tap is backwards. Cold is hot. So she assumed she was turning it the right way and then was scalded. The ledge in the shower has such a severe lean downward, once the shower is on and the stone material is wet, everything on the shelf slides off and smashes to the floor. We had 3 items break from this. We drove 6.5hrs to this location and your hotel is supposed to be relaxing. THIS WAS FAR FROM. All I got offered was 20% discount for each night stay. I am disgusted. Whoever did the final review of this so called renovation must have had their eyes closed.

Our stay was great! One of the best hotel breakfasts I have had in a while. Plenty of hot options and a yogurt dispenser!

We were disappointed with our stay. The room was clearly not finished—there was a strong paint smell, drywall dust around the trim, and even holes in the walls. The air conditioning unit appeared to be held up with masking tape, and we couldn’t open the window to air the room out because it was blocked with renovation debris. While the staff did their best to be accommodating, the overall condition of the room made our stay quite unpleasant

Second floor was under renovations when I was there. Despite that, I was not bothered by the workers and the building was kept clean while I was there. Breakfast was excellent with scrambled eggs and bacon. Room was stocked with refillable shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand wash and lotion. Excellent product. I was going to a Doctor appointment downtown and the staff was great about leaving my car in the lot after checkout while I Ubered downtown and back. Don't like city driving!
