Great location, staff is friendly. Washroom bar was a bit heavy and I had to hold it for 5-10 secs to flush completely every time. I stayed 202. The property manager is worth to take a look at it.

On arrival we were greeted by Vishal, he was lovely and had a big smile on his face. He was very helpful and helped answer all our questions we had. Very clean it was a comfortable stay. We will defiantly be back ☺️ Thank you! Jessica

I waited outside the front door for 45 minutes and no one came to the door resulting in me being unable to check in to my room. I called the lobby and they said they have 24 hour check in and that someone was there, but I was outside the door for 45 mins with no sign of anyone and the door was locked. I asked for a refund due to not being able to get my room and they said no.

This is an older hotel under renovation. The room we had this time had a very awkward layout. We usually rate excellent but not this time

We liked that we were able to leave our car in the parking lot till 4, although we only stayed till 2.

The Hullo ferry shuttle stops at the hotel.

Staff was friendly but the room was not very sound proof. Nor were the floors clean.

The room was clean and comfortable. It was too warm at night, and we didn't know where the thermostat was to turn down the heat, but other than that it was good.

I had a terrific 3 night stay. I requested a room that did not have a connecting door. My room was so quiet. Double pane windows took care of any traffic noise from Front Street. My last stay at the Dorchester was 15 years ago. It has been very nicely renovated. Very friendly and helpful staff!

Overall was a great stay. Beds were super comfortable. Pillows were great. Room was super clean. Rooms were very small but not a huge deal for what we needed the room for.
