We stayed here because it had a hot tub. It was closed while we were there, but still had to pay the $30 day resort fee. Paid $600 night for a room but had to then pay $5 per person plus tax for breakfast.

Great staff. Wonderful breakfast! Thoroughly enjoy our stay.

Nice spot for visiting Yellowstone

Our room was definitely not cleaned for 3+ weeks. Do not recommend. I took a video and send it to a lady during our check out.

The lodge was overall nice and centrally located near Jackson square, and about 20 minute to The Tetons and an Hour and a half to Yellowstone. The rooms were clean and quiet. The beds were not very comfortable and i would recommend bringing your own pillow because the pillows aren't comfortable at all. The shower is confusing to use. Breakfast in the morning was really good for a continental breakfast. Probably the best I've had at a hotel. They offer free transportation which we didn't need, but it was very convenient.

Plastic cups, all but one of the staff members were kind and actually looked you in the eye, it felt like a 2 star motel not an over 500 a night hotel. There were plastic cups and I found hair, the towels were old.

Great hotel in a convenient location. We only stayed one night but wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the amenities. The breakfast was great and an excellent value!!

Located at the center of all activities, love the rooms, breakfast is great ( 5 dollar charge person, charged to the room). Convenient location for tour drop off and pick up. There is shuttle for airport drop off and pick off too. Great door dash and uber food/ groceries deliveries and ride pick ups too.

I regret booking with this hotel after seeing the photos and reading the reviews. we stayed one night and left and went to a nice hotel. The site will not let me tell him what happened.

My family and I stayed there for four nights and we only had one housekeeping cleanup, even after repeated request to have the room cleaned. Fresh towels were not brought to the room at all even after requesting and I needed to go to the front desk every day for fresh towels. The room quickly became unkempt, and I needed to clean up after my family every day on vacation which was inconvenient. Call to the front desk and two housekeeping during my stay were either busy or unanswered. I spoke to the front desk upon my leaving and they told me the hotel manager would respond to me, but it has been a week and still no response. If you are looking for a hotel in JH with service and amenities that match the upscale hotel rate, then this is probably not the hotel for you unfortunately.

So nice I stayed twice. Fold out couch was solid.

We enjoyed our stay here; great location and they offered a shuttle throughout Jackson, which was perfect for the activities at night! We'll definitely be back!

Wonderful!!! Friendly and helpful staff, wonderful breakfast that is a great deal, clean and spacious rooms. Also, great gym and pool. A shuttle will bring you to and from town. Would definitely recommend and stay there again!!

Great staff- desk & dining area/bar. Delicious hamburger. Carpet had foreign objects- scattered earrings in carpet; coffee maker broken

Loved the rooms and the breakfast.

Little disappointed as now you have to pay for the continental breakfast and it wasn’t good like before. :(
