From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome; truly some of the most accommodating service I’ve ever experienced. The property itself is stunning, with gorgeous design and top-shelf pools that make it hard to leave. Beach access is effortless, and the views from nearly every angle are simply breathtaking. Breakfast at the restaurant is superb, with a wide variety of fresh, high-quality dishes that set the perfect tone for the day. And the small details make a big impact, like the home-crafted hotel chocolates, which were not only a thoughtful touch but also absolutely delicious. Bless Hotel Ibiza is the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and attentive service. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an unforgettable stay on the island.

Beautiful hotel, with great views. The staff are very welcoming. Shame you have a minimum spend to use the Bali beds. 120 Euros per person, which if you are staying at the hotel should be included once during your stay! Lovely breakfast, but they need to do something about the amount of wasps around the food, inside and out. Prices of food and drinks are expensive, but you expect to pay a premium for this type of property. Having said all this, I would stay at the hotel again.

We had an amazing stay at the hotel. The staff were friendly and very helpful throughout our visit, which made a big difference. The location is beautiful and peaceful—perfect for a tranquil vacation. That said, I believe there are a few areas that could be improved. The landscaping around the property could be better maintained to match the overall beauty of the setting. Additionally, the pool staff could benefit from more training to enhance the guest experience. The beachfront restaurants were fantastic, offering a great atmosphere and delicious food. However, the main restaurant within the hotel itself could use some improvement in both service and menu variety. Overall, it was a very good stay. For the price, I expected a little more, but the calm environment and helpful staff made it a memorable trip.

L’hotel e’ molto bello e la posizione su cala nova e’ perfetta. Peccato che non ha personale adeguato e servizi da 5 stelle. Mi dispiace ma gli manca un po’ di attenzione e servizi al cliente.

I feel that this hotel doesn't warrant 5 stars. It didn't feel luxurious at all. Things I did not like: - not being given any information upon check in such as info on breakfast timings, telephone number for the main desk, info on the pool and sun loungers etc - having to run down to reception after a shower as I was not given a hairdryer in my room and was not told the telephone number for reception - the scramble to get a sun lounger by the pool, it was insanely busy all day every day. And you are not told that the nicer beds have a minimum spend attached - I didn't like the attitudes of the other guests, I overheard them speaking very poorly to the staff/waiters/waitresses.

Wir waren vor 3 Jahren im gleichen Hotel, damals hatte uns das Frühstück sehr überzeugt. 3 Jahre später waren wir total enttäuscht. Morgenessen noch halb so gross, Qualität schlecht (warme Speisen um 8.00 Uhr bereits kalt). Teller und Gläser schmutzig. Im Zimmer hat der TV nicht funktioniert, Abfluss in der Dusche ebenfalls nicht. Zimmer um 16.30 Uhr noch nicht bereit. Nach unserer Reklamation wurde Besserung gelobt, diese ist teilweise erfolgt. Wir werden das Hotel meiden und definitiv nicht weiter empfehlen.

Wir hatten das Zimmer mit Meerblick gebucht. Leider ist dies zum Hinterhof. Der erste Tag begann damit, dass wir im Zimmer kein Wasser hatten. Es ging keine Toilettenspülung geschweige denn konnte man Zähneputzen. Als das Wasser bereits bis mittags nicht ging, hieß es von der Rezeption, dass man im Wellness Bereich duschen könnte. In anderen Zimmer ging das Wasser. Jedoch ließen sie ein Zimmerwechsel nicht zu. Dies entspricht nicht der Kategorie welche das Hotel bietet. Jedoch weit aus schlimmer war die ständige Lärmbelästigung. Zwei Tage lang wurde von früh behalt 7 bis abends um 0:00 Uhr die Wassertanks befüllt. Rückwärtsfahrense LKWs, die piepen, laufende LKWs - so laut, dass man nicht mal sprechen konnte auf dem Balkon. Dazu kamen noch die Anlieferungen und der zu abholende Müll. Man hätte bereits in den Bewertungen diese Probleme lesen können. Noch weitaus ärgerlicher war, dass wir bereits bei anderen Gästen mitbekommen haben, dass die Rechnung falsch war. Entsprechend haben wir sehr darauf geachtet, dass es stimmt. Im Hotel hat die Rechnung gestimmt. Als wir bereits zuhause waren, kamen jedoch Abbuchungen auf unserer Kreditkarte, die auf keiner Rechnung waren, die durch uns nicht veranlasst wurden. Eine Reaktion oder Antwort vom Hotel erfolgt hier nicht. Wer also neben Lärm noch Ärger mit Rückbuchungen haben will, ist hier herzlich willkommen.
