Outstanding and unique property for Venice. Lots of space, gardens and, more importantly, impeccable service. Gym and steam bath facilities could use a bit of improvement.

It was a beautiful property. The rooms were large with high ceilings and a beautiful granite bathroom. The property itself was beautiful with lush foliage, pool and views of Venice. The staff are the nicest people.

It’s a great location to come back to after you have spent the day touring Venice. The hotel is on an its own island with great amenities and away from the hustle and bustle of the crowds, the hotel is 15 mins via water taxi provided by the hotel. It’s a great place for families.

Truly one of the most beautiful places I have ever been to

We stayed at the hotel for three nights this week and had a truly wonderful and relaxing time. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and the the staff were excellent as was the overall level of service. We are planning to go back next year and stay there longer .

Great location away from the hustle of the main city, excellent service but the breakfast team were under resourced so difficult to find anyone to just order a coffee etc. all other service was excellent

The hotel is beautiful and best described as old world luxury! High ceilings with crystal chandeliers, wide hallways, a grand staircase all located on a private island. The grounds are tranquil with lots of greenery and artwork! The views are gorgeous. The room was very comfortable with a large bathroom. The complimentary boat shuttle to San Marco dock is a great feature. The staff is excellent, catering to your every need. Our visit was wonderful and we would love to return!

Muy mal servicio de comida, la alberca siempre estuvo fría y sucia no la limpian al parecer, la propiedad es muy bella pero el servicio muy malo

Beautiful historic property away from hustle and bustle of Venice shuttle service offered to Piazza San Marco). Room was lovely and large and Service we experienced was impeccable.

Un bellissimo hotel, elegante e silenzioso. Stanza vista laguna, otttiima prima colazione. Tanti camerieri, buona parte dei quali NON parla italiano, ma solo inglese: ciò ha creato qualche problema con il room service, con il ristorante a bordo piscina e con vari servizi….. Va bene per la clientela internazionale, ma è pur sempre un hotel in Italia.
