A wonderful small hotel, designed with circular principles. Rooms are Scandinavian style, light with nice colors and natural materials like wood, steel and wool. Cleaned without harsh chemicals the air is fresh and a cute furnished balcony made it feel like home. Beds are luxurious equipped with linen, down and sheep wool - best sleep ever. Food organic and much home made, the staff are young and very service minded, and the bar had a lovely atmosphere. Centrally placed with the Ubahn on the doorsteps and nice cafes nearby. I hope many people will experience and appreciate this fresh place that is based on the Cradle to Cradle principles. Love it!

A wonderful stay in this lovely city hotel. Varied, locally sourced breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Really quiet and spacious bedrooms . In a great location for visiting all the main attractions in Vienna either walking ( if like us you dont mind a a few minutes walk ) or by using the metro which connects you to all just about anywhere you would want to visit including Schonbrunn.

The employees were very friendly, efficient and professional. They made this stay just wonderful. The reason for not five stars is because there was no coffee in room or in reception areas. And very limited food. The breakfast bar was good, byt I would like to see a coffee option in room or in receptionists, and mote options in the afternoon.

We arrived early, they held our luggage. The front desk ladies were so nice and helpful with recommendations.... that were spot on! Great lication to walk everywhere. The best shnitzel is right across the street.room was clean with with an amazing balcony view. Would stay here again and again. Check out with gentleman was effortless.

Loved everything location, breakfast except the bath tub is too high hard to get out

Henriette Stadthotel Vienna er et godt valg i sentrum av Wien. U-bahn er rett utenfor hotellet, så det er lett å komme seg rundt i byen. Hotellrommene trenger nok en liten oppgradering, vegg til vegg teppe og eldre bad er ikke helt i vinden. Veldig god frokost, og de ansatte på hotellet var toppen. Flere i gruppa hadde rom hvor aircondition ikke virket, men de fikk tilbud om å bytte rom.

Alt spillede 100%. Virkelig gode medarbejdere, fabelagtig morgenmad. Eneste hul i osten var at varme var svær at justere i bruseren.

Veldig god frokost. Stort problem å bo i de øvre etasjer da vaskepersonell og gjester deler på heisen. Man ble stående så lenge som 5 minutter å vente på heisen. Rommene av ok standard, men frokosten var glimrende.

Hallo, diesmal hatten wir das Glück in einem der renovierten Zimmer zu wohnen. Ganz toll! Auch der Frühstücksbereich wurde saniert und ist jetzt in der 1. Etage, genau wie die Rezeption. Dafür ist im Erdgeschoss nun eine Art Bar. Auch das ist alles sehr gelungen. Ich gebe aber zu, dass die gestiegenen Zimmerpreisen den nicht renovierten Zimmern nicht mehr gerecht würden.

The hotel is well-managed and the personnel are friendly. It is a good price for money and the location is relaxing, although the underground station (U1 Nestroyplatz) is on the same block. The room (double) is very spacious with a big window. The breakfast is not overly extensive but the ingredients are fresh and of high quality. Unfortunately during my stay, there were some renovation works on-going around the noon time (11:00 - 14:00), and the elevator was being repaired so that I had to walk-up 6 floors. I understood that the situation was temporary. If I go back to Vienna in the future, it would definitely book in the same hotel.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel Henrietta very much. We had booked a room for three adults, and it was large, very spacious and had three comfortable beds. The rooms were spotlessly, clean and nicely furnished. Check in was very easy and the ladies at the receptions were super nice. Vienna had a heat wave doing our stay and so I had booked the room with air condition and the air conditioning did not disappoint. It was really nice and cool. Most of all we liked the location of the hotel. Close to the main station and the subway station is one minute away. There are many restaurants and cafés and shopping possibilities in the immediate area, which makes it very convenient.All in all we really enjoyed our stay at this hotel, I would definitely recommend it and if we come back to Vienna, we would stay here again.
