Excellent séjour à Vienne, ville magnifique, personnel de l’hôtel très attentif, nous ayant donné d’excellents conseils et adresses pour profiter de notre séjour. Très belle et grande suite, très bons petits déjeuners. Emplacement idéal, à 2 pas du métro et du meilleur restaurant de Vienne! Merci pour tout ;)

Despite the renovation, the place was friendly, clean and amazing

A terrific hotel run by extremely friendly and helpful people. It was perfectly located for what we intended to do in Vienna, right outside the U-bahn station and only two stops from the old town and cathedral. The hotel is family run, all the staff spoke good English and made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. The hotel prides itself as being environmentally friendly, from the food that is served there to the bed linen and the cleaning materials used throughout the building. We were really impressed by their understanding of environmental responsibilities and what they were doing. Our room was quite large, clean and nicely decorated. The bathroom was private, also very clean, and along with the entrance / storage area was separated from the main room by a second door. The bed was large, extremely comfortable and the room was warm at all times. Breakfast was excellent with a very good choice including breads, eggs, meats, cheeses, fruit, yoghurts and cereals. There were home made juices, spreads, jams and granolas. Everything was tasty and left us with a feeling that we'd enjoyed a filling, healthy breakfast. We thought the hotel to be great value for money and would thoroughly recommend it for any traveller.

Amazing service

Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt in Ordnung aber die Wasserleitung hört man extrem wenn jemand den Hahn öffnet, dafür war das Frühstück sehr gut.

The employees were very gentil and devoted

Very unassuming hotel from the outside, but very modern, clean, and comfortable hotel. The staff was very professional, helpful, and eager to assist. The hotel is located in a convenient yet quiet neighborhood that is 15 minutes from the historic center of Vienna and a 10 minute walk to Prater. Several restaurants within walking distance of hotel as well as a subway entrance across the street. Highly recommend the property.

Die Anbindung zum Öffentlichen Nahverkehrs (U1) ist hervorragend. Wir hatten diesmal ein Zimmer nach vorne, das wäre bei offenem Fenster ziemlich laut. Da es aber eh zu kalt war, haben wir die Fenster geschlossen gelassen. Die Klimaanlage hat allerdings nicht richtig gewärmt. Zwar kam warme Luft, aber es hat auch immer gezogen. Deshalb hatten wir sie nur zeitweise an und haben insgesamt gefroren. Durch Silvester war das Zimmer auch sehr teurer (über 400 Euro), das entspricht insgesamt nicht der Leistung. Durch die hohe Auslastung war es auch beim Frühstück sehr voll. Obwohl sich die Mitarbeiter sehr bemüht haben, mussten wir einmal 15 Minuten auf einen Tisch warten.

2ème séjour dans cet hôtel toujours aussi agréable. Chambre sur l’arrière très au calme, tout le personnel est très sympathique Le petit déjeuner est très bon beaucoup de choix et qualité des produits Emplacement idéal au calme et au pied du métro Restaurant à côté très pratique Nous reviendrons sans hésiter si nous revenons sur vienne

Frühstück gut, aber Räumlichkeiten zu klein für die Gäste.

We loved the Henriette, a unique hotel with great values. Lovely room, very spacious and well set out with everything we needed. Nice big bed and lovely bedding. Water provided daily, a kettle in room which I always prefer as a tea drinker, and lovely touches like a basket for recyclables, a complimentary half bottle of wine, and little messages from the staff. There’s a 24 hr food / drink station in the breakfast area where snacks, salads and drinks are available in an ‘honesty’ bar. The breakfast is fabulous with a great selection of meats, cheeses, breads, soft and hard boiled eggs, cereals,(home made granola!) yoghurts, fruit and drinks- this was a highlight! Great friendly 24 hr staff too at reception who were so helpful in providing info re places to visit and local restaurants. With the clean and efficient underground located via a lift about 10 metres away it was so easy to get around the city. And in a quiet location - we had the balcony door ajar one night- it works as a kind of window- ( the room was warm and prefer fresh air to air con) and there was no noise to disturb our sleep! A really lovely place to stay, highly recommend and we will definitely be returning!

Lovely hotel in a terrific location to be able to walk to all that Vienna has to offer. Just outside the city, so much more quiet than properties within the city. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was spacious, spotless, well equipped and cleaned every day. The breakfast area was in my opinion slightly small for the size of the hotel, which was reflected in sometimes having to wait to be seated. That said, we never had t wait more than 5 minutes for a table. Overall I would recommend the property and would gladly stay there again.

Excellent séjour ! Tout était parfait 😄 L’hôtel est situé à 30 mètres d’une station de métro qui rejoint le centre-ville en quelques minutes seulement. Chambre très spacieuse, salle de bains très fonctionnelle. Petit dejeuner très riche et adapté à tous les goûts. Excellent rapport qualité /prix. Seul petit bémol : pas de chaine de télévision en français et une seule en anglais…

The Hotel is so good. The Best thing, the people who works there.

Hotel was quiet and a short distance from the city centre by foot. Room was comfortable, though shower was a bit small. Breakfast was fairly typical continental breakfast, but well done.

Zum 2. Mal hier. Die Standardzimmer haben für ein Stadthotel eine tolle Größe, das Frühstück war erstklassig, die Nähe zum Zentrum (zu Fuß oder mit der Bahn) perfekt. Und natürlich war das Personal nicht zu toppen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

駅から徒歩1分利便性によく、観光に助かりました。また部屋も広々、大人4人が快適に過ごせました。朝食も美味しかった！ スタッフもフレンドリーて親切。 自信持ってススメできるお宿です。
